Ok, time to talk team shit. First off i want to say our match tonight is the most winnable shit of all time. they're probably better than the perfection team but we're more equipped to deal with their play style and midas is their best player by a fair margin and he plays very passive tf2 so we should expecting this team to eat soldiers so faust lets play accordingly, we wont be the first ones in vs this team. all we have to do is play our game if we play bitchmade tf2 and play conservatively to not lose we're going to lose anyway. we play our game they respond to us, we're better geeba geeba. now I want to talk about scrims recently. I really dislike our teams general laissez faire approach to the primary issues this team has (ie saying we'll figure it out or we just gotta do this one thing then we dont do and it fucking crumbles). faust gave me such a perfect insight into our team and once he said it it just clicked like im sure it will for you. faust was describing to me a push where we went into snake last from left faust gets deep and is spawn camping their left spawn and no is even shooting him, the rest our team doesnt move in past the stairs/maybe a bit in front of that, and our combo gets flanked from lobby and pinched and die. This is able to happen because faust cant call to you guys that left is free, he cant tell you to get in left. couple that with phone dying a lot at the start of pushes and its not hard to see why our pushes are falling apart at the seams. phone is also dying a fair amount during transitions and disad because the amount of times i watched them solo a scout in during our disad and chase fab to the ends of the earth (granted i know that some of this is because fab is a cuck and wasnt answering our questions about uber %) but some of it is because of phones inexperience on combo scout which is fine. All in all we need to have an actual conversation about how we fix these issues and not talk about it for 30 seconds and go we'll figure it out because in my opinion we've touched on this for weeks now and if anyone in our combo was capable of maincalling or was willing to do it they would have done it by now. my suggestions are phone flank scout, me combo scout, meatball roamer or fab pocket, faust roamer, me medic. i genuinely think that unless we figure this stuff out we will always be less than the sum of our parts. we're great players but we are not playing well together. lets fix this shit and get this check.
