街はかなりの被害を受けていて、
炎で囲まれている地区もあります!」
Koji: But the place was already pretty damaged before we got here, and there’s fire surrounding it too!

アフロダイAで瓦礫を除去し、
避難路を確保させる」
Prof. Yumi: Until the SDF arrive, Aphrodite A will focus on removing the debris and securing an escape route.

Prof. Yumi: You all should prepare for a new batch of Haniwa Phantoms.

Prof. Yumi: Yes, based on the warning that the Build Base’s Dr. Shiba gave us.

「諸君、充分に気をつけてくれたまえ」
Prof. Yumi: Keep your wits about you out there, youngsters.

「あの、弓教授! そちらでディーダリオンの
行方は掴めましたか?」
Meg: Um, Professor Yumi! Did you happen to find out anything about Didarion’s whereabouts?

「いや、ロストしたままだ」
Prof. Yumi: No, I’m afraid his signature’s still lost.

「そうですか…この近くにいるはずなのに」
Meg: I see... Well he should be nearby somewhere.

「どういうことかね?」
Prof. Yumi: What do you mean?

「ディーダリオンは敵の新手の出現を
察知していたようなんです」
Meg: When more enemies showed up, it seemed like Didarion was able to sense them.

「でも、ここでの戦闘で彼は現れなかった…」
Meg: But, he didn’t show up in the battle here...

今からアフロダイAで避難路を確保します!」
Sayaka: Everyone, please remain calm! Aphrodite A will begin securing an evacuation route!

(Next scene begins on the map screen of the city. Koji, Meg, and Steel Jeeg are deployed against Haniwa Phantoms.)

Steel Jeeg: Let’s go, everyone!

(Battle 1 begins.)

(Battle 1 ends when all enemies are defeated.)

Steel Jeeg: I hope you learned your lesson, Haniwa Phantoms!

Koji: I hope this is the end of it. As it stands, there’s gonna be a serious panic among the refugees.

何か手掛かりはつかめましたか?」
Meg: Professor Yumi, were you able to find any clues on Didarion’s location?

「いや、まだだ」
Prof. Yumi: No, not yet.

「時空跳躍でも、ステルスでもない。
エネルギー反応もなくなっている」
Sakimi: He didn’t perform a space-time leap, nor is he using stealth. In fact, his energy reading is completely gone.

別の存在に変化した、という推測は

Koji: We’ve seen Hiroshi transform into Steel Jeeg, so we can’t say it’s completely out of the question.

Akira: [Devilman], a being with a Demon’s power and a human’s heart... How is that even possible!?

Ryo: My father performed various demonic rituals, finally discovering a method to fuse with a Demon.

Ryo: But, my father’s heart was weak. That’s why the Demon was nearly able to take over his soul.

Ryo: Only a person with a strong will can retain their heart while merging with a Demon.

(The civilian bumps into Akira.)

じゃ、邪魔するとブッ殺すぞ!」
Civilian: Dumb brats! Ge-get out of the way or you’ll be killed!

「了、とにかく話はあとだ!
今はまずここから逃げよう!」
Akira: Ryo, we’ll talk later! Right now we need to get out of here first!

「怪物に街をメチャクチャにされて
みんなパニックになってる!」
Akira: Those monsters tore the city apart and now everyone’s panicking!

言っただろう?
俺はこの時を待っていたと…!」

Akira: Then, for a human to merge with a Demon, they first have to abandon reason?

Koji: ...!? That’s Fudo! Akira Fudo!

俺は、手に入れたぞ!」
Akira: Ha, hahaha... I have it!

「悪魔の身体を手に入れたぞ!

Akira: I have a Demon’s body! Now I... I am...

(Lightning strikes the map and Devilman appears.)

Devilman: DEVILMAN!

Koji: ! Did he just say ‘Devilman’...!?

「うおおおおおっ!」
Devilman: UUUOOOOOOH!

(Devilman uses Devil Chop on one of the Texsch. An attack animation begins.)

「俺は悪魔人間だ!」
Devilman: I am both devil and man!

デビルマン
「うおおっ!」
Devilman: Uooh!

「ギャアアアッ!!」
Texsch: Giyaaaah!!

(The attack animation ends and the Texsch is defeated.)

「!? 何をする、アモン!」
Texsch: !? What are you doing, Amon!?

デビルマン
「アモンではないっ!」
Devilman: I am not Amon!

デビルマン
「俺はお前たちデーモンを
ひとり残らず地上から消すために
生まれた悪魔…デビルマンだ!」
Devilman: I am a devil born for one reason! To utterly eradicate you Demons! I am...Devilman!

「不動、お前…!」
Koji: Fudo, you...!

「甲児! なんなんだよ、いったい!?」
Hyoma: Koji! Please tell me what the heck is going on!

「俺にだってわけがわからねえよ!
あの不動が、あんな…!」
Koji: I have no idea either, man! Fudo over there just...!

(Didarion appears.)

Hyoma: Then I guess that means we all have the same enemy!

Koji: Right! Let’s work together with Fudo!

(Battle 2 beings.)

(This exchange triggers if Devilman battles an enemy.)

俺は悪魔の身体を…悪魔の超能力を!」
Devilman: Come at me, you damn Demons! With my devil’s body... And my devil’s power!

「貴様たちを滅ぼすために
手に入れたのだぁぁッ!」
Devilman: I’ll destroy every last one of you bastards!

(Battle 2 ends when all enemies are defeated.)

Devilman: Hahaha... THIS is power!
