hey
each day i have to put in my requests for the day by a certain time
in that, i ask for bedtime orders
he will send me a tuck in, usually tell me if i'm allowed to sleep naked, collared, if i'm allowed a movie or show for the night, if i need to do prayers or read
it helps settle me down
and i have a lights out time and often am not allowed out of bed until the next morning
