* 9/16/2017. [At the Naval Review](https://pbs.twimg.com/media/DgORN4OUEAA6XLW.jpg), expected full transition of Phase 2/HTML5 in Spring 2018.

* 3/10/2018. [Comptiq interview](http://en.kancollewiki.net/wiki/Kensuke_Tanaka_Interview:_Comptiq_Magazine_April_2018): "Our goal is to finish the [Phase 2] update by this summer, with a mini event in-between this spring."

* 4/1/2018. [On twitter](https://twitter.com/kancolle_staff/status/980264416485634048): **Complete** HTML5 transition this fiscal year (up until March 2019). Resolution will be increased.

* 4/10/2018. [Comptiq](http://en.kancollewiki.net/wiki/Kensuke_Tanaka_Interview:_Comptiq_Magazine_May_2018): Server Transfer Application this Spring. HTML5 transition after. Slow and steady process.

* 4/23/2018. Server Application Implementation. According to [Twitter](https://twitter.com/KanColle_STAFF/status/988389540933943298), transfer will be carried out by Summer.

* 5/10/2018: [Famitsu Special Interview](http://en.kancollewiki.net/wiki/Kensuke_Tanaka_Interview:_Famitsu_Weekly_May_27th,_2018). "HTML5 is 90% completed. Reassignments (server migrations) can be won via lottery through the limited time request form we have implemented. I'd like to finish that before this summer. The switch-over to Phase 2 comes after that restructuring."

To clarify, Spring is April-June, Summer is July-September.
