FE8 Soyo Race rules

Drafting:
1. This draft is for 4 players with the goal being to finish the game the fastest.
2. Eirika, Ephraim, Orson, Moulder, Natasha, L'Arachel, Tethys and Myrrh are free for all to use.
3. The game will be played on Normal Mode, Route selection is up to the player.
4. Seth is free for everyone, until the end of Chapter 4.
5. The Draft order will be randomized, and at the end each player will be using the team the player after him drafted (1->2, 2->3, 3->4, 4->1)
6. Drafting will stop once each player has 5 units
7. At the end of the drafting process, either through decision of the players, or chat polls, the player with the worst team will get 5 free minutes to use however they like (subtracted from final time)

Rules:
1. Undrafted units may recruit characters, rescue undrafted units and NPCs, trade, use items, visit shops / armories, visit villages, enter combat without attacking (meatshielding), sustain status (and enter combat if berserked), and dig up items in the desert.
2. Undrafted units may not be deployed from the preps menu (to do any of the tasks above, EXCEPT if they can recruit another unit in that chapter), attack, counterattack, use staves, summon, rescue / carry drafted units, or open doors / chests.
3. NPC units may do as they please without penalty.
4. Use of the Enemy Control Glitch is NOT allowed.
5. Save states and emulator speedup are entirely banned.

Penalties:
1. Disallowed use of undrafted units results in a 5 minute penalty, per unit and per chapter.
2. You're allowed to reset a chapter instead of taking a penalty after the use of an undrafted unit.
3. Every player starts with a 15 minute "break" penalty that they have to add to their final time if they do not take it.

Exceptions:
1. Seth is free for all to use until the end of Chapter 4.
