Why do you want to be apart of the Recruitment Team? I want to recruit into the staff teams, mainly because of the fact that I really want to see it grow and prosper into the right direction. I feel like the recruitment team requires more members so I would like to help out. Recruitment is a vital member to ensuring good and positive growth in imperialrp, and that without recruitment the server won’t grow.

Why should you be accepted into the Recruitment Team? I am a hard working staff member that has recently been promoted to moderator and i would like to get more duties and help out the staff team more as a fully pledged member. I would also like to help the community and the server to get staff into certain affairs teams and get new people into the staff team to help out the server. I am dedicated and reliable and would always end up hitting my quota.

How would you recruit a staff member into the Recruitment Team? I would ask on the server with my bind and get them to contact me on teamspeak, see if they’re sufficient level (15) and then help them if they dont have teamspeak and then guide them through the application process.
