The young changeling crossed his little arms before closing his eyes. A telepathic message was sent to all that was upon the icy planet but mostly for saiyans who were required to be put to use would be stated by Iced.

"Hello there saiyans. I have called upon you all. If you deem yourself weak and have a need for real training come to the arena where everyone gathers every day. Do note that I am not the one teaching you anything, I have someone else in mind to do that for me... Although you are not 'forced' to come I'd encourage those to follow through. Those that do come...speak to the changeling called Iced for more details. But please, do not keep me waiting."
