- Description: Joshua got into an argument with Rogers, his neighbor, over Rogers firing his gun at Joshua’s dog with Joshua’s girlfriend’s 2-year-old son standing nearby because he “felt threatened”. Rogers pulled out his gun and fired 10 shots at Joshua, fatally striking him in the back.
