Mu: So Haza sent us to this world to get the [Black Knights] on our side.

キラ
「そうだと思います」
Kira: That’s what I think anyways.

クルツ
「[ブリタニア]相手にレジスタンスをやってる
あいつらに、別の地球の危機を救う余裕が
あるのかねえ」
Kurz: I’m not so sure they can afford to help save another Earth from a catastrophe when they’re busy staging a rebellion against [Britannia].

マオ
「むしろ、こっちの手を借りたいと思ってるでしょ」
Mao: They’re probably the ones that need our help.

クルツ
「ま、ブリタニアに虐げられてる
日本人を解放したいって気持ちはわかるけどさ。
大国相手じゃ、分が悪いよな」
Kurz: Well, I get where they’re coming from, wanting to free the oppressed Japanese form Britannia’s tyranny. But against a major power like that, the odds are pretty stacked against them.

ムウ
「それを言ったら、プトレマイオスの連中もだ。
よくよく考えてみたら、そういう境遇の奴が多いな。
俺達もそうだし」
Mu: Speaking of, the Ptolemaios crew is in the same boat. In fact, if you think about it, a lot of the people with us are in a similar situation.

エイジ
「僕もですね」
Eiji: That’s how it is for me too.

サキ
「咲森学園のみんなと[鉄華団]もよ」
Saki: And everyone at Sakimori Academy, and [Tekkadan] too.

クルツ
「アスランは立場が逆転したしな」
Kurz: And Athrun’s had his position completely flipped around.

アスラン
「追われる身になっても、後悔はしていません」
Athrun: Well, I don’t regret my choices, even if it means I have people gunning for me now.

ムウ
「理想を言えば…
各世界へ行き易く、共同で使えて、
敵から攻められにくい拠点が欲しいな」
Mu: If I had things my way... I’d want a base of sorts, somewhere that can be easily reached from all worlds and hard for enemies to attack.

ハルト
「そんな都合のいい所があるんでしょうか…」
Haruto: A place like that sounds too good to be true...

キラ
「あそこなら…」
Kira: There kind of is one, actually...

アスラン
「どこなんだ?」
Athrun: Where?

キラ
「ハーザさんがいる境界空間だよ。
例えばの話だけど、あそこに[モジュール77]のような
超大型施設を移動させ、拠点にすれば…」
Kira: The Boundary Space that Haza’s in. If we were able to move a large facility like, say, [Module 77] there, then...

キラ
「各世界で起きる異変に対処し易くなると思う。
追われる立場の人達にとっては、
身を隠せる場所にもなるしね」
Kira: I think that’d make it a lot easier for us to react to any crisis any of the worlds might face. And it could serve as a hiding spot for those of us that are being pursued by others.

クルツ
「異次元空間にある秘密基地か。
いいねえ、そういうの」
Kurz: A secret base in a different dimension? Sounds good to me.

サキ
「私は、そんなわけのわからない所に
閉じ込められるのは嫌だわ」
Saki: Well I for one wouldn’t want to be locked away in a place I know next to nothing about.

キラ
「思い付きで言っただけで…ライフラインの維持とか、
ハーザさんとディド以外の意思伝達手段の確保とか、
クリアしなきゃならない問題は多いよ」
Kira: It was just an idea, but... There’s a lot of things we’d have to figure out first. Like securing a lifeline for supplies and figuring out some means of communication besides Haza and Dido.

ムウ
「だけど、実現の確率がゼロってわけじゃない」
Mu: Still, that doesn’t mean there’s 0 chance of it ever happening.

クルツ
「共通の土台が出来たら、超国家間組織ならぬ
超世界間組織の本格的始動か」
Kurz: With a shared base, we’d go from a super multi-national organization to a super multi-world organization.

サキ
「その組織の名前も、ロンド・ベル隊になるわけ?」
Saki: And would that organization still be named Londo Bell?

クルツ
「そいつは現在募集中なんだな、これが」
Kurz: Well, we were still kinda in the middle of figuring that one out.

エイジ
「どういうことなんです?」
Eiji: What do you mean?

マオ
「新しい部隊名のコンテストをやってんのよ。
あんた達も応募していいからね」
Mao: There’s been a contest going on to decide on a new name for us. You guys are welcome to participate too.

サキ
「面白そう。考えてみようかな」
Saki: Interesting. I’ll give it some thought.

エイジ
「鉄華団のみんなは、名前が変わるのを
嫌がりそうですけど…」
Eiji: Tekkadan would hate having their name changed though...

クルツ
「あくまで総称だから、個々の部隊名はそのままさ。
例えば、ディスコード・ディフェンダーの
ロンド・ベル隊とか、そんな感じでな」
Kurz: It’s just meant to be like a general term kind of thing, everyone’s still gonna keep their names. It’ll be something like “Londo Bell of the Discord Defenders”.

マオ
「ディスコード・ディフェンダーって?」
Mao: Discord Defenders?

クルツ
「俺が考えた部隊名さ」
Kurz: That was the name I came up with.

サキ
「それだと、不協和音を守る者ってことになるけど」
Saki: That make us sound like we’re defenders OF discord.

クルツ
「そこはあえてで…不和や争いが絶えない世界でも
俺達は守ってみせるっていう意志を込めてるのさ」
Kurz: I think it’s pretty fitting... I think it gives the impression that we protect the world from discord and strife.

キラ
「僕は…共感できます」
Kira: I...can appreciate that.

マオ
「あんたにしちゃ、真面目に考えたわね」
Mao: Wow, you actually gave that some thought, didn’t you?

クルツ
「でも、コンテストの結果発表は
先送りになりそうなんだよな。
これから色々と大変だしよ」
Kurz: Either way, we’re gonna be holding off on announcing the results of the contest for a while. We’ve kinda got a lot on our plate right now.

ムウ
「まあ、選考会をやってる場合じゃないからな…」
Mu: Yeah, it’s not really the time to hold a meeting about that...

「哨戒機から報告。針路上に敵影なし。
このまま行けば、あと2時間で
ゼロが指定したポイントに到着します」
Torres: The patrol unit has reported in. No signs of enemy units on our predicted course. If we continue at this pace, we’ll arrive at the point Zero designated for us within 2 hours.

ブライト
「了解した」
Bright: Understood.

マリュー
「ここに至るまでゼロは何も言って来ない…
向こう側でトラブルが起きているのでしょうか」
Murrue: Zero’s been silent ever since we arrived here... I wonder if he’s encountered some kind of trouble.

ブライト
「あるいは、大きな作戦の発動前なのか…」
Bright: Or he could be in the middle of preparing for a large scale operation...

弁慶
「いずれにせよ、
我々を何かの形で利用する気満々ですな」
Benkei: Whichever it is, he’s definitely gonna try to use us for something.

ブライト
「黒の騎士団には前回の借りがある。
交渉前にそれを返せということだろう」
Bright: We owe a debt to the Black Knights because of last time. It looks like he intends for us to pay it before conducting negotiations.

ミサト
「面倒なことになりそうですね」
Misato: Things are gonna get rough around here, huh.

ブライト
「やむを得ん。
現状で協力を得られる可能性が
最も高い組織は、黒の騎士団だ」
Bright: It’s unavoidable. The organization most likely to cooperate with us right now are the Black Knights.

スメラギ
「申し訳ありません。
私達が今のような状態でなければ…」
Sumeragi: I apologize. If our own situation wasn’t so dire...

ブライト
「君が謝ることではない。この世界の勢力関係や
ミリタリーバランスは複雑だ。異邦人である
我々の思い通りに事が進むとは考えていない」
Bright: You don’t need to apologize for that. The power balance and military strength of this world is complicated. As outsiders, we never expected things to proceed as smoothly as we’d hoped.

ミサト
「全ての国が国連に加盟しているわけでは
ありませんし…表に出ない紛争の火種は
たくさんあるでしょうね」
Misato: Not every country here is part of the UN... I’m sure there’s no shortage of conflicts we aren’t even aware of.

シマ
「それに関しては、ソレスタルビーイングの不在が
大きいのでしょう。この世界において、彼らは
これまで抗生物質のような役割を果たしていた…」
Shima: Yes, and [Celestial Being’s] absence no doubt has had a great effect on that. They played the part of an antibiotic in this world, after all...

シマ
「しかし、抗生物質は菌を根絶するまで
摂取し続ける必要があります。でなければ、
菌が耐性を付けてしまいますから」
Shima: However, antibiotics must be taken continuously to eradicate the infection. Otherwise, the bacteria will become resistant to it.

スメラギ
「私達も責任を痛感しています。
ソレスタルビーイングとしての義務を
全うできなかったと…」
Sumeragi: I assure you, we’re keenly aware of our responsibility. And that we’ve failed our duty as Celestial Being...

スメラギ
「ですから、私達は裏切り者をあぶり出すための
作戦を計画しています」
Sumeragi: That’s why we’re planning an operation to flush out the traitor.

ブライト
「だが、現状では…」
Bright: But, in our present situation...

スメラギ
「実行するのは、
ハーザが予見した危機を回避した後です」
Sumeragi: Yes, we’ll only enact the plan after we’ve averted the crisis Haza foresaw.

「この作戦は、私達のけじめ…
ソレスタルビーイングだけで決着を付けます」
Sumeragi: This operation will be carried out by us... By Celestial Being alone.

「相変わらず忙しいようですね、兄上」
Cornelia: You seem to be as busy as ever, brother.

シュナイゼル
「急ごしらえの国連で我がブリタニアが
主導権を握るには、根回しが重要だからね。
それで、異世界の部隊の動向は?」
Schneizel: It’s important for Britannia to take the initiative in the hastily formed United Nations, which means laying the ground work is imperative. Now, have the otherworlder forces taken any action?

コーネリア
「太平洋上に出現した後、消息を絶っています。
おそらく、例の粒子によるものでしょう」
Cornelia: All we know is that they appeared above the Pacific Ocean and then disappeared. Possibly due to those particles.

シュナイゼル
「彼らは何故、この世界にやって来たのか…
その真意は何なのか。直接尋ねてみたいね」
Schneizel: Why did they come to this world...? And what is their ultimate objective? I would very much like to ask them these things directly.

コーネリア
「連中は黒の騎士団とも繋がっており、
何度も我々と干戈を交えています。
今さら…」
Cornelia: They have some kind of connection with the Black Knights and have engaged our forces numerous times. And you’d want to sit them down for tea...?

シュナイゼル
「未来のためだよ、コーネリア。
その方がユフィも喜ぶしね」
Schneizel: It would be for the sake of our future, Cornelia. And it would make Euphy happy as well.

「まもなく、ゼロの指定ポイントに到着します」
Torres: We’ll be arriving at the point Zero designated shortly.

ミサト
「黒の騎士団の出迎えはいないようね」
Misato: I guess the Black Knights aren’t going to be meeting us just yet.

渓
「連絡するまで、ここで待ってろってこと?」
Kei: So do we just wait here until they contact us?

ミサト
「一方的に呼びつけておいて
待たせるなんて、まるで…」
Misato: Jeez, it’s like calling someone up just because and then leaving them hanging...

トーレス
「複数の高速飛行物体を感知!
2時方向から11時方向へ斜行!」
Torres: Multiple flying objects are approaching at high speeds! They’re approaching from an angle at 2 o’clock and 11 o’clock!

ミサト
「こちらへ接近しているわけではないのね」
Misato: I don’t think they’re coming after us.

トーレス
「しかし、目視されるおそれがあります」
Torres: Still, there is a chance we could be spotted.

ブライト
「識別は出来るか?」
Bright: Can you identify them?

トーレス
「おそらく、モビルスーツだと思われますが…
あっ、目標が進路を変更!約半数が
こちらへ向かって来ます!」
Torres: They’re likely Mobile Suits, but... Ah, the targets are changing course! About half of them are heading towards us!

ブライト
「気付かれたか。
仕掛けて来るようであれば、迎撃するぞ」
Bright: Then they’ve noticed us. If they attempt to engage, then we’ll intercept.

『不協和音』
Episode 90
Discord


(Scene begins on a map screen of the ocean. All 5 ships and the player’s team are on the map. Enemy Enacts are on the map as well.)

トーレス
「接近中の機体はイナクトです!」
Torres: The approaching units are Enacts!

ミサト
「何故、こんな所に[AEU]の機体が?」
Misato: Does that mean these machines came from the [AEU]?

スメラギ
「PMCトラスト所属となっていますが、
データ上では既に廃棄されている機体ですね」
Sumeragi: They’re listed as belonging to PMC Trust, but the data says these units should have already been scrapped.

ミサト
「つまり、訳ありの機体…
私達を見つけたから仕掛けて来たのではなく、
その逆」
Misato: Which means there’s a reason these units are here... They didn’t attack us just because they happened to find us, quite the opposite in fact.  They’re attacking because we found them.

ブライト
「葛城二佐、高速飛行が可能な機体に
離脱した敵機を追撃させろ」
Bright: Lieutenant Colonel Katsuragi, send out some high speed aerial units to pursue the enemies that broke off from the others.

ミサト
「了解」
Misato: Yes, sir.

ブライト
「我々は現戦域内の敵機を撃破する。
攻撃を開始せよ!」
Bright: We will now destroy the enemy units in the combat zone. Commence the attack!

(Battle 1 begins.)

(Battle 1 ends when all enemies are defeated.)

トーレス
「現戦域内の敵機反応、全て消失しました」
Torres: All enemy readings in the current battlefield have disappeared, sir.

ブライト
「念のため、位置を変える。
黒の騎士団に伝達しておいてくれ」
Bright: We’re going to change our position just to be on the safe side. Please inform the Black Knights.

ミサト
「了解です」
Misato: Roger.

トーレス
「追撃隊からの報告です。
近くの島に基地と大掛かりな植物栽培施設を
発見したそうです」
Torres: Report from the pursuit team. They’ve located a base and a large cultivation facility on an island.

ミサト
「その組み合わせ…相手は犯罪組織かもね」
Misato: With those two things together... We could be dealing with a criminal organization.

トーレス
「島で麻薬の材料でも栽培しているんですかね」
Torres: They could be growing the ingredients for narcotics on the island.

ブライト
「なおかつ、モビルスーツの運用施設があるなら、
放置しておくわけにはいかんか…。
全艦でその島へ向かうぞ」
Bright: We can’t just ignore them if they’re going as far as to utilize Mobile Suits... All ships, head for the island.


(Scene ends.)

(Scene begins on the map screen of an island. All 5 ships and the player’s team are on the map. Tieran Taozi’s and Enacts are on the map.)

「スメラギさん、あれは…」
Lichty: Miss Sumeragi, this is...

スメラギ
「麻薬の密造施設でしょうね。
そして、背後にはモビルスーツを
調達できる組織がいる」
Sumeragi: An illegal drug manufacturing facility. And they’re clearly being backed by someone capable of supplying them with Mobile Suits.

ブライト
「トーレス、武装解除勧告を出せ」
Bright: Torres, demand that they disarm.

トーレス
「了解」
Torres: Roger.

ミサト
「逃げ出す時間はあったはず。
そうしないってことは…」
Misato: This is their chance to run away. If they don’t...

(The Mobile Suits open fire.)

トーレス
「先方が攻撃を開始しました!」
Torres: They’ve begun firing!

ブライト
「勧告を無視したとみなす。
こちらも攻撃開始だ!」
Bright: Looks like they’ve ignored our demands. Begin our attack as well!

(Battle 2 begins.)

(Battle 2 ends when all enemies are defeated.)

「現戦域内の敵機反応、全て消失!」
Torres: All enemy readings have disappeared from the battlefield!

スメラギ
「ブライト大佐、ここの後始末は
私達に任せていただけませんか?」
Sumeragi: Captain Bright, would you mind letting us clean things up here?

「了解した」
Bright: Very well.

(ゼロが指定したポイントの近くに
偶然こんな場所があったとは考えにくいが…
まさか、な)
Bright: (It’s hard to imagine that there just so happen to be a place like this so close to the point Zero designated... It certainly wasn’t coincidence.)

「その後、ロンド・ベル隊はGN粒子を散布…
以降の足取りは掴めておりません」
Ribbons: After that, the Londo Bell forces released GN Particles... We’ve not been able to track them since.

アレハンドロ
「プトレマイオスチームは自分達の立場が
まだ理解できていないようだね」
Alejandro: It would appear the Ptolemaios team has yet to come to terms with the situation they’re in.

アレハンドロ
「異世界の部隊を引き連れて戻って来ただけでなく、
かつてのソレスタルビーイングの真似事まで…」
Alejandro: Not only did they return with the otherworlder force, but they also acted as if they were the old Celestial Being.

アレハンドロ
「彼らは未だに自分達がイオリアの計画の
体現者だと思っているようだ」
Alejandro: They still think of themselves as the embodiment of Aeolia’s plan.

リボンズ
「ですが、ロンド・ベル隊と
行動を共にしている点は看過できません。
彼らを利用し、力に訴える気でしょうか?」
Ribbons: But we cannot ignore the fact they are working together with Londo Bell now. Are you thinking to use their power to your own advantage?

「自らが主役であろうとする者は、
そんな手段で世界に喧嘩を売らないよ」
Alejandro: That’s no way for the man who is to be the lead actor to fight against the world.

アレハンドロ
「ブリタニアの皇帝も
私の計画には気付いていないようだし…」
Alejandro: Besides, the Britannian Emperor seems to still be unaware of my plan...

アレハンドロ
「世界はこのまま統一への一歩を踏み出すんだ。
私の手でね」
Alejandro: The world will take its first step towards unity. And it will be my hand that guides it.

ちゃんと時間作るから。
だから、B列をステージのヘルプに…うん」
Lelouch: Yes, Shirley, I understand. I promise I’ll make time for you. For now, just send group B to the stage to help. ...Right.

(たかが文化祭…
ミスしたところで、誰が死ぬわけでもないってのに)
Lelouch: (A simple school festival... At least if I make a mistake here, no one will die because of it.)

「さすがね。時間通り行けそうじゃない?」
Milly: Nicely done, as usual. Got everything on schedule, huh?

「最近、人を使うことを覚えましたから。
しかし、みんな能天気ですね。
国連軍結成で世界はピリピリしているのに…」
Lelouch: I’ve learned how to manage people lately. Still, they seem so optimistic, don’t they? Even while the world is wrought with uncertainty after the formation of the UN Forces.

「だからじゃない?
祭りは必要よ。どんな人にも、どんな時でも。
あんた、まだまだねえ」
Milly: It just goes to show, doesn’t it? Festivals are necessary. For everyone, all the time. You’ve still got a bit to learn.

ルルーシュ
「あっはは、勉強になります」
Lelouch: Ahaha, I’ll have to study harder then.

ミレイ
「じゃ、私はまだ回る所があるから、
その調子でよろしく~」
Milly: Well, I’ve still got a few rounds to make, so keep up the good work~

Lelouch: Heh...

(Someone approaches.)

ルルーシュ
「何ですか、会長?
まだ何か言い足りないことでも…」
Lelouch: What is it, President? If you have something else to say--

「あの、お兄様…」
Nunnally: Um, Leloich...?

ルルーシュ
「ナナリーか。どうし…」
Lelouch: Ah, Nunnally. What are--

「久しぶりね、ルルーシュ…」
Euphemia: It’s been a long time, Lelouch...

「そんな格好で出歩くなんて…
何を考えているんだ?」
Lelouch: I can’t believe you went out looking like that... What were you thinking?

ユーフェミア
「もちろん、
ここに来るまではちゃんと変装してたわよ。
でも、ナナリーは声でわかっちゃったみたい」
Euphemia: Well naturally I was wearing a disguise before I came here. But then Nunnally recognized my voice.

ルルーシュ
「まったく…見つかったら、大変な騒ぎになるぞ」
Lelouch: Good grief... There’ll be a lot of trouble if someone notices you.

ナナリー
「お兄様、
さっきから向こうで歓声が聞こえますけど、
何をやっているんですか?」
Nunnally: I can hear cheering over there, Lelouch. What’s going on?

ルルーシュ
「例の直径12メートルのピザ生地作りだよ。
ナイトメアフレームで作るって話題なのさ」
Lelouch: They’re making the 12 meter pizza everyone was talking about. They’re using a Knightmare to do it too.

ユーフェミア
「ガニメデに乗っているのは…」
Euphemia: That Ganymede’s pilot is...

ルルーシュ
「枢木スザクだ。
去年は俺の役だったんだが、
本職には敵わないな」
Lelouch: Suzaku Kururugi. I was in charge of doing that last year, but I can’t hold a candle to a real pro.

ユーフェミア
「ふふっ、今日は驚くことばかり…。
ルルーシュとナナリーが生きていて、
しかもスザクの友達だったなんて」
Euphemia: Hehe, today is full of surprises... I can’t believe both you and Nunnally were still alive, and are even friends with Suzaku.

ルルーシュ
「俺達が生きていることを本国に知らされたら、
母さんを襲った奴に狙われる危険がある。
会うのは出来るだけ控えたいんだけど…」
Lelouch:  If the homeland finds out about us, we risk being targeted by the same people that killed our mother. You should know that we can’t meet after this...

「大丈夫よ、いい方法があるから。
今日はそれをスザクに伝えに来たんだけど…」
Euphemia: It’ll be fine, I found a solution for everything. That’s why I came here to meet Suzaku...

「いい方法?」
Lelouch: A solution?

ユーフェミア
「ええ。
お姉様にはまだ内緒だけど、シュナイゼル兄様の…」
Euphemia: Yes. Don’t tell your sister, but Prince Schneizel--

出来れば、二人っきりで」

「ホントだ…!

(まずい、騒ぎになる…!)
Lelouch: (Damn, they’re making a scene...!)

ユーフェミア
「ルルーシュ、ナナリーを!
私は自分で何とかします!」
Euphemia: Lelouch, take Nunnally! I’ll handle this myself!

Rakshata: I’m as surprised as anyone to see the Third Royal Princess making an appearance at some random school festival. But is it really worth going through the trouble of making a live broadcast to the entire Area?

「どうやら、彼女自ら申し出たそうだ」
Diethard: Apparently, she made the request herself.

藤堂
「どういうことだ…?」
Todo: For what purpose...?

ディートハルト
「何か思惑があることは間違いない。
だが、お飾りの副総督に何か出来るとは…」
Diethard: I’m sure she has something in mind. But just what could a Sub-Viceroy accomplish...?
