What do i bring to the table that others do not or what makes me stand out?

 I have only been trading for about a year and i love to help those in need by helping with pricing to estimating the amount to sell their items for.

 Do i have a microphone?

 Yes, But it does not work on Team Fortress 2.

 How much time can i dedicate to moderating every week?

 I should be able to be on for 4 days a week.

What is one of my main focuses as a moderator at NGS?

 To keep the server fun, happy, and a welcome place for new and experienced traders.

 An average is flaming me or another admin how would i deal with the situation?

 I would first Change their name and or lock their name to it that i mute them for starting arguments.

 Player 1 and player 2 are doing a spycrab and player 1 wins but player b walks out what would i do?

 First i would ask player 1 who player 2 is than ban them from the server for basically scamming player 1.

 A player with suspicious aim has 7 unusual hats making him look like a good player what would i do? I will go into spectate and see if he is twitching, aim-locking or just the bullets track themselves If these check out i will go as spy and use my cloak before coming out and see if he can head-shot me 3 times if he can i would ban him unless the anti-cheat Banned him from steam.
