It is very rare that 2 flags are submitted in 5 minutes interval, even if there are parallel solvers in big team. Compare with submits of your group with khack40 and InSecurity.
About writeups -- they are already published by other teams https://ctftime.org/event/491/tasks/ , 4 days passed after "ctf".

I actually don't have anything personal against you or your colleagues -- sometimes team cheats. Even if it is world top one like https://ictf.cs.ucsb.edu/pages/the-2016-2017-ictf-ddos.html (not related to you personally too). The problem here is that strong indicators of cheating are ignored by orgs. Instead of thorough investigation we get replies that everything is fine and no web server log/incorrect flag analysis is needed.
