Chapter 187 “pure/innocent person/people”

That man was brimming with a violent vitality

 The young girl with him was called Tamayo. With her hair in disorder she cursed at Muzan who did not die. I requested of that girl to help me defeat that man (Muzan)

Later I found out that my brother had become a demon. To take responsibility for being unable to defeat Muzan and for letting Tamayo escape, (I) was banished from the Demon Hunters.

Though I contemplated suicide by the sword, I was stopped by the 6th Oyakata-sama

Back at Sumiyoshi’s house

It was then that Sumiyoshi’s daughter came and pestered Yorichi for a hug.

He (Sumiyoshi) said that she wanted the tall him (Yorichi) to hug her.

Towards the child who smiled whilst uttering “kya- kya-“ joyfully, Yorichi shed large tears.

He sat at that spot crying.

The returning Suyako who was picking chestnuts, said that she’d give him a meal that would fill him up (literal to be full). Patting his (Yorichi’s) head in the same manner you would a child.||
