Supply Drops

Based off your excellent crates and engine I'd like to order a supply drop custom plugin.

Features

(optional) World selection
(optional) Region selection
(required) Random xyz drop within given xyz range. OR Random drop in the world respecting world boarder.
(required) Broadcast Supply Drop at xyz pos location.
(required) Drops a schematic of an area that contains the crate.
       Example some decorative ruins area like the Minecraft ruins portal. I am thinking a cauldron, some cobble and mossy cobble, iron bars, weeds, etc.
(required) Once the chest is looted, schematic is removed.
(required) Timed Broadcast (configurable in seconds) to rebroadcast supply drop location until it has been collected.
(required) Broadcast when the supply drop is found a configurable text message with the ability to use placeholders like 'Congratulations %player% aquired Supply Drop!'
(required) The ability using Excellent crates to create crates(loot tables) to attach to the supply drop. This allows me the freedom of creating special crates for xmas, easter, etc
        and not need to reconfigure one supply drop crate option.
(optional) The ability to attach a sound file like fireworks when the crate is open.
(optional) The ability to use holographic displays when a supply crate is dropped over the area. And also removed when drop is aquired.
(required) The ability to schedule drops a certain amount of times per day.
(optional) The ability to run supply drops only if a minimum # of players are on. Configurable.
(required) The ability to run a supply drop on command. Bypassing minimum # of players.
