The Crimson League Testing System

*What's avaliable?*
Check the roster.  If you see an empty spot, it's open!

*Are there prerequisites?*

You must be a Gym Trainer and have the Crimson Tag (Crimson as a prefix in your name) in your name. The only person who doesn't have this is the Room Founder (and even he has a Crimson Alt he'll battle with).

*How do I become a gym trainer?*
See the testing system, detailed below.  The only difference is, you have to score at least an 8 to be a gym trainer.

*What's the testing system?*
A test consists of 3 battles with same team, absolutely NO CHANGES. You'll be up against:
  * A type that is SUPER EFFECTIVE against yours. For example, if you pick steel, Your WEAKNESS match-up would be against Fire.
  * A type that RESISTS yours. For example, Fairy RESIST Fire, so if you pick Fire, your RESISTANCE match-up would be against Fairy.
  * A type that is NEUTRAL against yours. For Example, if you pick Dragon, you'll be paired up with something like Dark, where both
    primary types do neutral damage to each other.

*So I just have 3 battles and I'm a Gym Leader?*
No!  You must score a bare minimum of 12 in these 3 battles. Each time you make an opposing pokemon faint, that is regarded as a single SCORE/POINT. Once you have SCORED 12, before you are promoted, your tests will be reviewed by 3 higher ups, with at least one of them being an Elite Four. In order to pass,  ALL 3 of them MUST approve before you are promoted.
If they find that your tests did not show your true skill, you will be asked to redo the test.

You can test a max of once per day, and a max of 3 times in 1 week.

*How do I become an Ace Trainer? (Victory Road)*

Your promotion from Gym Leader to Ace will be decided when you have shown the skill level beyond that of an average gym leader, rivaling that of the Elite 4.  There is NO FORMAL TEST for this position; it is earned through improvement (or assigned immediately if all 4 members of the Elite 4 feel you have tested well enough in your gym leader test and there is an open spot)
