As a DEA member, I feel it is my duty to help classify and identify Foundations worth serving and Foundations worth not serving. I have set up an index that measures corruption levels in Foundations to help staff determine which groups are worth contacting and which groups are worth ignoring. The highest score is the least corrupt, while the lowest score is the most corrupt.
