  1. Yesterday, I went to a convention-y type of thing close to my hometown with my friend, whom I'll call "Alyssa". The convention was about different hobbies, and was semi-interesting. But for some reason, half the people who showed up were either conspiracy theorists or anti-vaxxers, and were being SUPER ANNOYING during the whole thing. We decided to leave early because the thing about Alyssa is she has a very short temper and a very strong fist, and she was about ready to clock someone out. We hit the road and decided to go to what was probably the world's smallest diner since there was absolutely no food there.

  3. The diner only had two people working as staff. Including ourselves, there were only 3 customers. In the middle of our meal, the other customer gets up to go to the bathroom, but doesn't make it very far as he starts choking on the food that he was still in the process of chewing. Neither me nor Alyssa know how to perform the Heimlich maneuver, so we instead alert the staff only to find out they have no clue how to either.

  5. Now, I should probably take the time to mention that Alyssa is extremely skilled at mixed martial arts and has insane control over her coordination and power. Why do I mention this? Because apparently her thought process at this moment was "Nobody here knows the Heimlich maneuver. This guy has food stuck in his windpipe and needs it out. I should knock the wind out of him."

  7. Swiftly, Alyssa makes a precise strike aimed to be as effective as possible at knocking the wind out of him while causing the least possible amount of pain. The guy stumbles backwards (but thankfully doesn't fall) and the food comes flying out of his mouth. What came next was a hilarious exchange about how apparently violence DOES solve some problems.

  9. I know this is shorter than most of my other donations, but I still wanted to share this nonetheless.
