Imagine sticking a needle into one of your pores. You wiggle it around a bit, then stick another needle into the same pore. You keep on wiggling the needles around and sticking more in until your pore has be stretched enough to fit some larger objects in, which are wiggled around as well in order to stretch out the pore even further. Once the pore is about an inch or so in diameter, you take all the things out of the pore and somebody jams their dick in there and fucks your pore to completion.
