  1. [20:35] Poroi kicks the door open while delivering a masked Docro!
  2.
  3. "TAAAAAADAH!!!!"
  4. (Poroi)
  5. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  6.
  7. [20:35] Montgomery pyr Docro says, "Hey sis'es."
  8. [20:38] The Docro swivels, the flashy footwork paired with the nigh exuberant extension of his greetings made for a flashy and cartoonish presentation of a 'hello'.
  9.
  10. He had arrived. "I do hope that it wasn't borin' while I was out. The pompetic varlets by Starfall made my commute rather layman and huddled than usual."
  11.
  12. "Their place is such a pigsty!"
  13.
  14. Ecstacy thrived from his tone. Perhaps it was a blur of an enigma. However there was a familiarity to it.
  15. (Montgomery pyr Docro)
  16. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  17.
  18. [20:39] "Was that flattery?" Rudey tilts his head, squinting ever so slightly.... Inquisitive, as if trying to pick apart her word choice.
  19.
  20. Nonetheless, the Dogslayer doesn't seem to dwell on it for much more than a handful of moments, instead, opting to look the Docro in the eye.
  21.
  22. "I'd be inclined. I've heard of the Family's wealth. But, I'd be interested in knowing what I've got to personally gain."
  23.
  24. "And moreover... A condition."
  25.
  26. "That you have to beat me in a fight. I couldn't work for someone weaker than myself, after all."
  27.
  28. Rudey doesn't make himself 'comfortable' as requested. In fact, he seems quite content with his arms folded behind that chair.
  29.
  30. Until it walked in.
  31.
  32. A hand raises, pointing at Montogomery. Concern. Bubbling anger, rooted deep within his soul. Something he couldn't contain.
  33.
  34. "That's a dog."
  35. (Rudey Dogslayer)
  36. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  37.
  38. [20:42] "You'd have a home, as well as all you desire. The Docro family is quite good at acquiring things, I'll have you know."
  39.
  40. As for the condition?
  41.
  42. "Easy enough, I can do that."
  43.
  44. Bold, audacious, though she felt confident in most things. It wouldn't be like her otherwise.
  45.
  46. "After I rest."
  47.
  48. Still cut up from her fights prior, though upon the entrance of an unfamiliar figure, the Docro narrowed her gaze.
  49.
  50. "Is that so?"
  51.
  52. Not moving, at least not yet. Merely observing, though she had quick reflexes, should that need to change.
  53. (Artemisia pyr Docro)
  54. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  55.
  56. [20:45] "You've clearly never seen noble pedigree even if it slapped you on the cheeks and pissed on your shoes." The pompous excursion of a statement dared to bombard the sudden charge of a sentence passed onto it.
  57.
  58. "But then again, who am I to assume that a beta such as yourself would understand the prose and nuances of a planetarian male such as myself." There had been a flash jab of words that spun out from the lips beneath the mask. Though the dog mouth does not move, the voice rings with a clear intensity.
  59.
  60. It was clearly in a mask, but one cannot deny: it was a dog mask.
  61.
  62. With two swivels of the wrist, its hands courteously shift a noble greeting; flamboyancy had thrived and had gilded its words. "And by no means will I take any unsightly words from a jagaloon as you if y'dare say anythin' ill of our family."
  63.
  64. "Such if my name ain't Montgomery pyr Docro."
  65. (Montgomery pyr Docro)
  66. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  67.
  68. [20:46] Pre-Emptive Roll.
  69. (Rudey Dogslayer)
  70. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  71.
  72. [20:47] Montgomery does not flee from his own home.
  73. (Montgomery pyr Docro)
  74. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  75.
  76. [20:49] Poroi trips Rudey pre-emptively.
  77. (Poroi)
  78. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  79.
  80. [20:50] Heavy breaths.
  81. Cold sweats.
  82. Fists clench.
  83.
  84. No, it's not even his words that happen to strike Rudey into rage, but an uncontrollable piece of heritage. Some might say it simply ran in his blood, but staring those soulless, beady black eyes face on? Rudey cannot even register that it's a man talking to him, a boy his own age.
  85.
  86. No, there's only rage. Vision fading a deep red, as his eyes begin to tremble, and lips twist into a scowl. His body enters tremors, audible in the slight click of his toes against hardwood.
  87.
  88. "I don't like you. I came here to do business, AND YOU'RE JUST FUCKING WITH ME." Of course, Rudey took it personally.
  89.
  90. It's his response, to a noble response. After all, this was Montgomery's home, and Rudey were naught but a stranger.
  91.
  92. He looks, as if he'll lunge at any second, teeth baring ever so slightly.
  93.
  94. All before a step is taken forward.
  95.
  96. Words have a chance to stop him, if not someone's agility.
  97. (Rudey Dogslayer)
  98. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  99.
  100. [20:53] Artemisia does not intervene upon the display in the slightest. Both an opportunity to see Rudey's prowess, as well as that of Montgomery's own.
  101.
  102. While she had her suspicions it didn't seem to bother her that much, ultimately.
  103.
  104. "Business as usual."
  105.
  106. Leaning forward to grip upon her cup of tea, not even bothered by the fact it was happening right here. That's what servants were for, right?
  107.
  108. Sipping.
  109. (Artemisia pyr Docro)
  110. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  111.
  112. [20:53] Kei just watches with a cocked brow from his lazed position on the couch.
  113.
  114. In fact, it inspires him to sink further into the cushions. He's becoming the definition of lazy.
  115.
  116. "What a show," he coughs.
  117.
  118. However, his lazy hand does slowly drop towards his blade. Family is family, after all. If it come to it, there would likely be a need to defend things if the lady of the house didn't put an end to it all.
  119. (Kei Yoshioka)
  120. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  121.
  122. [21:03] Amidst the flurry of a sudden charging Dogslayer, the Docro spawn shifts with a lithe notion. Like a dancer upon the ballroom, the 'dog' moves with prose and purpose.
  123.
  124. From their person, a blade is unveiled, separate from the one clung on their back.
  125.
  126. The make had been familiar, yet in the flurry of its strikes, there was no time to appraise such a weapon as Montgomery stands firm to intercept the attacks.
  127.
  128. From the floor does his shoes slide to sidestep, a bouquet of flowers immediately blooming to life; as if each step had brought forth beauty and grace into existence.
  129.
  130. An added sparkle of ethereal essence thrums from their countenance; leaving only the faint azure glow from protruding past the fur and cloth.
  131.
  132. "To attack a man in his own house. I've never seen such a mongrel of a notion!" He chides. "Perhaps you are no better than the very canine swine that y'loathe, Dogslayer!"
  133.
  134. His callouts had been assured. Despite the clear high they had been riding, there was a semblance of recognition upon Rudey himself. "Come at me."
  135. (Montgomery pyr Docro)
  136. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  137.
  138. [21:05] Rudey Dogslayer exclaims, "Mongrel....? MONGREL?!"
  139. [21:05] Rudey Dogslayer says, "I'LL TEAR YOU APART, VERMIN."
  140. [21:06] Montgomery pyr Docro says, "Speak for yourself."
  141. [21:06] Rudey Dogslayer says, "I AM, BITCH."
  142. [21:07] Rudey Dogslayer exclaims, "You bitch. YOU BITCH!"
  143. [21:07] Rudey Dogslayer exclaims, "TAKE THAT MASK OFF! STOP FUCKING WITH ME!"
  144. [21:07] Rudey Dogslayer exclaims, "I'LL BREAK YOU!"
  145. [21:07] Kei Yoshioka says, "Sounds like your bedroom talk, Sylas."
  146. [21:07] Montgomery pyr Docro says, "It was not I who shot the first shot. y'did this to your se-"
  147. [21:07] Sylas says, "-"
  148. [21:07] Kei is flat-faced.
  149. (Kei Yoshioka)
  150. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  151.
  152. [21:07] Montgomery pyr Docro says, "Okay, whoever said that, that was below the belt."
  153. [21:07] Montgomery pyr Docro says, "Even I do not stoop to such a level."
  154. [21:07] Kei Yoshioka says, ":l"
  155. [21:08] Sylas says, "Somehow, I can't help but feel violated by hearin' that."
  156. [21:09] {Lost Aggressive RPB against Rudey Dogslayer}
  157. [21:09] ** Rudey Dogslayer has inflicted an injury upon Montgomery pyr Docro. ("Temporary Injury", "Temporary Injury", "Temporary", "") **
  158. [21:15] Rudey moves in a rather peculiar way, from mana radiating the very cosmo's, traveling through rays of light that just so happen to creep through the windows of the manor, Rudey is in one position, only to disappear in the next.
  159.
  160. They fight similarly- Uncannily so. Both relying on pinpointing their enemy for a time, in order to unleash pent up mana reserves. The only thing that had made Rudey the victor of such a match, between like foes?
  161.
  162. Mobility.
  163.
  164. He's breathing heavily through it all- through the cuts from his blade, and through a relentless assaulting rotation of spells. Bloodshot eyes never do leave that mask, until-
  165.
  166. A heal leaves the floor, and in that very same moment, it touches down before Montgomery, nigh a foot away.
  167.
  168. A large root is drawn down as if some sort of makeshift whip, cutting through his cheek, and ripping the mask in half. Surely a tailor could repair the article, but for now, it was removed.
  169.
  170. For the time being, at least.
  171.
  172. Finally, Rudey is able to slowly begin calming down. Breaths relax themselves into deep ones, aiming to steady himself after such an outburst.
  173.
  174. "Please do not wear that near me again."
  175.
  176. Finally, some manners out of this stunted youth.
  177. (Rudey Dogslayer)
  178. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  179.
  180. [21:22] Sylas says, ". . . "
  181. [21:22] Kei Yoshioka asks, "More?"
  182. [21:22] Kei Yoshioka says, "Fucks sake."
  183. [21:24] Artemisia pyr Docro asks, "What was that about?"
  184. [21:25] Kei Yoshioka says, "I got ye more reagents, some traveling salesman."
  185. [21:25] Artemisia pyr Docro says, "Thank you."
  186. [21:25] Artemisia pyr Docro says, "Hmm..."
  187. [21:26] Sylas asks, "Hm... ?"
  188. [21:26] Artemisia pyr Docro says, "Dispose of those."
  189. [21:26] Kei Yoshioka asks, "Holy shit. Love letters, boss?"
  190. [21:27] Artemisia pyr Docro says, "Something to that effect."
  191. [21:27] Sylas says, "Evidently not."
  192. [21:27] Kei Yoshioka says, "That's crazy."
  193. [21:28] A battle of nature and the stars.
  194.
  195. Whilst Rudey's magical effect had been more gnarled, thrashful, and huge; the Docro's had banked on motion, accuracy, and bellicose.
  196.
  197. There was an ample strangeness to the flowers that had fluttered and drifted amidst the figure's form. If not for the sudden propelling thrum of the thrashing blizzard of petals, one might believe it to be nothing more than a beautiful sakura tree's droppings on a spring afternoon.
  198.
  199. Instead, whilst the charge of verbal cruelty imposed to at least hurt the one who had spoke ill of it, the shrapnel of petals vied to impose the physical portions of such.
  200.
  201. A slow and painful attack, posed to leave superficial cuts.
  202.
  203. And yet, even the brightest blooms must die out in the winter.
  204.
  205. The gash of a thorned whip sends the Docro stumbling backwards. Its first taste of defeat, and its first taste of a wake up call.
  206.
  207. "Y'absolute cretin." It denounces it, glaring behind the lifeless dog eyes with utter astonishment. The face under the mask remains veiled despite the attempts, yet one can tell there was clear infuriation in its countenance. "To walk in our house and manhandle me like a vagrant? You'll rue the day y'dare defy Montgomery."
  208.
  209. A huff upon its breath sends it jumping backwards toward the stands; a flurry of flowers and sparkles glimmering like a slipstream as he shifts to move adjacent to the masked woman who came with him here.
  210.
  211. However, with the show of cordiality does the masked figure simmer to a calmer state. Still angered, but much less so that before.
  212.
  213. "It turns out that curs like you do have manners. You're lucky, I have yet another mansion to rest my weary bones in," it mutters. "Yet let this not make y'complacent. I am perfectly fine as I am and if my apparel makes y'worry…"
  214.
  215. "Then perhapsa rantallion such as yourself need to see a therapist."
  216.
  217. In moments, he disappears in a flurry of cosmic glimmers; perhaps with Poroi in tow.
  218. (Montgomery pyr Docro)
