Subject access request & exercising rights under the GDPR

I have recently received a mailing from you at the above address.
Please supply the data about me that I am entitled to under data protection law
relating to:

  o Any personal data that you hold about me.
  o Information about any processing of my personal data, with an
    explanation on the legal grounds for such processing.

I trust that the address I supplied above is sufficient for you to locate my records.
Please note that data protection law requires you to respond to arequest for data
within one calender month.

In addition to the subject access request, I also wish to exercise the following
rights under GDPR:

  o The right to object.
    I do not agree to your use of my personal data for any use associated
    with the Brexit Party or any of its affiliates.
    I do not wish to be associated with your party in any way whatsoever.

  o The right to restrict / prevent processing.
    I hereby ask you to not process any of my personal data in future.

  o The right to be forgotten.
    I hereby instruct you to delete and fully dispose of any personal data
    about me that you may have used in the past.

If you do not normally deal with these requests, please pass this letter to
your Data Protection Officer, or relevant staff member. If you need advice
on dealing with this request, the Information Commissioner's Office can assist you.
