  1. 1221 for access to lever skips and other speed tech
  2.  
  3. Heckdouken:
  4. -Right stick look downs to avoid Gruzzers
  5. -Double spike kill, precise on 1221
  6. -Kill FK for geo. Other option is Moss Knights which are less consistent.
  7. -Don't need City Crest because we don't need left side city, we need right side.
  8.  
  9. -Soul Catcher for extra soul for more spells. Allows overcharming earlier.
  10.  
  11. Greenpath:
  12. -Same as speedrun. Kill a few extra enemies for safety.
  13.  
  14. Shaman Stone:
  15. -We get this before fungal so that we can continue on with the route. Same fights as normal speedrun.
  16. -We do not equip it just yet because it makes the mantis pogo later more consistent, and isn't yet needed.
  17.  
  18. Mantises:
  19. -This split is exactly the same as a normal run.
  20. -Low% explosion pogo cannot risk being hit.
  21.  
  22. Tram Pass:
  23. -We need access to specifically right side city, but cannot shade skip. We take tram there.
  24. -This segment is extremely consistent and relies on soul management to use 3 fireballs at the end in the one room that can be a problem.
  25. -The dirtcarver shooters will never hit you if you don't slow down.
  26.  
  27. Dream Nail:
  28. -I fill up on soul here to have 3 fireballs for later in the split with risky enemies.
  29. -We'll kill as much as we can to save up for Dash Slash.
  30. -Falling from dreams in our ruleset does not count as a hit. We will still do the drop that saves a second loadless.
  31.  
  32. Dash Slash:
  33. -Same as a normal run.
  34.  
  35. Shade Soul and DDive:
  36. -Dash Slash lever skips allow us to skip the hard part of getting Shade Soul and most of Sanctum.
  37. -Twister makes remaining bosses more consistent.
  38. -Twisters that have been killed will not respawn allowing an easier exit.
  39. -Picking up DDive is a hard save so we need to leave the intended way.
  40.  
  41. Watchers:
  42. -Same as the TE Shade Soul fight. Gives remaining geo for the run
  43.  
  44. CDash:
  45. -Enter through dive entrance because we will not be getting lantern. Dive's iframes are more valuable later for drops.
  46. -Same as speedrun.
  47.  
  48. hkUwu:
  49. -Dive for drops.
  50. -Normal Shade Soul fight.
  51.  
  52. Trap Bench and Herrah:
  53. -Acid skip going to QG is much more lenient than QGA. Dash Slash to enter.
  54. -Dive used for drops
  55. -Fireball spiders through wall for safety. Devouts die to 3.
  56.  
  57. Big Brother:
  58. Normal Shade Soul THK fight.
