Ownership of Capital. While I cannot indulge you in the ownership of my company because that would be too expensive for me and my Cooperation. I will give you 30% of whatever revenue the application generates. To my aspiration and (dare I say) imaginations, we will make millions of close millions of dollars, if not millions from this app...because there is nothing quite like it out in any application store. Now, why will I contact you if I claim to have a company because my company is still in its rudimentary stages (we have a lawyer, though, hence Ede Technologies is legally protected from scams!), but the company only have 2 employees? An Engineering Student Co-worker and myself. We also have not gone public, as you can imagine. I want to hire you to be the programmer of the team. I will increase a Percent up to 49 percent on every successful project.
I want you to take this Job when this comes to fruition and we develop some intense capital, you could buy into the company at 10% off Shares, if approve and appropriate by Ede Technologies (Put that on the record).
My idea is that this app will generate over 1 million dollars during its first year  (Yes, am not dreaming, I have done the Calculation for it) at 30% minus taxes, your net check will be around $89 dollars/hour on a 40*52 week work schedule. Although I have a timeline, you probably will not work nearly as much. As long as deadlines are met. I don't care how you divide your work hours. (calculation = developing cost (which I will provide when development is complete) - taxes-percentage for me). If you put faith in this, you will regret it becuase I am an honest businessman.
