- ok tested it, got some stuff to say
- GOOD:
- 1. The actual dampers are great, soft enough
- 2. Using v6 kunos tyres, very good. i'll have to see if they are grippy enough,
- usually by comparing the car with the kunos e30 on semis, and see wich is faster
- while drifting.
- 3. Car doesnt lift he back while accelerating(i know right? haha)
- BAD:
- 1. Ride height its not, you should be able to go even lower than 75mm, without
- softnening the springs to minimum.
- 2. your suspension geometry has something wrong, cause while drifting the front
- just looses FFB, no matter how much i amplify it, i am right now at 200+ FFB in
- the car, and it still looses grip in front
- 3. Rear camber cannot go under -1.00, it need to be able to go to +1.00
- 4. Front camber is ridiculously high on default setup, specially for a car with
- that small steering lock.
- Some things:
- YOu are saying in the description its an RB26DETT, "engine also uses a parallel
- twin-turbo system, using a pair of T28-type ceramic turbochargers" but you only
- have one big turbo, so its basically just a RB26 with one turbo. Not a big deal
- i just saw that discrepancy.
- Make the car as good as possible with default setup, because 90% of people who
- drift in AC are not smart enough to be able to adjust or even know about the
- in car FFB settings or dont know they can lock the diff in the pits. (even if
- yours is locked anyway in the ini files)
- Overall the car is nais, the only deal breaker for me is the suspension on
- the front wich goes soft when sliding. other than that i dont really care that
- much, but most might.
- UPDATE: i tried the default setup, and the front suspension feels good while
- sliding, not like the lowered car, wich is weird, should do that. But both
- setups have one big problem, the self centering work only when i turn the wheel
- less than 90 degrees, after that the wheels just steer more into the corner.
- Test that in a parking lot or something, turn the wheel max to one direction and
- slowly accelerate, and the wheel should self center by whemselves, wich they
- dont at all, only if i help and when the steering wheel get to 90 degrees, then
- the wheels start centering, even with that huge caster.
