  1. Constitutional Amendments of the Orchestral Republic:

  3. 1st Amendment: Spam, meaning sending high amounts of messages at a time, is limited to 10 seconds of spamming. If you choose to spam again, that will be a 30-second cooldown between the end and start of spamming. Violating this rule is subject to a kick.

  5. 2nd Amendment: Changing the name or symbol of the government is illegal and subject to a kick.

  7. 3rd Amendment: Trusted members of the Orchestral Republic will be granted admin permissions. Users with this power will use /help to find the full extent of their powers.

  9. 4th Amendment: The Orchestral Republic is a democratic-republic. Attempts to reform into a communist government are not allowed and are subject to a kick. Bullying is not tolerated and is subject to a ban.

  11. 5th Amendment: Abuse of power from admins is illegal and subject to a loss of power and possibly a kick.

  13. 6th Amendment: In case of failed government, start a new one and ratify more amendments.

  15. 7th Amendment: If someone is being mean to you, it is your federal right to be mean back to them.

  17. 8th Amendment: What happens in the chat, stays in the chat and between the members of the Orchestral Republic (like offensive propaganda and things ment to make fun of people). Violations of this rule will result in a ban.

  19. 9th Amendment: Members must vote to add a new civilian. 50% or more of the members must vote in favor of allowing a new member to join. If the member fails, they may reapply for citizenship after 1 week.

  21. 10th Amendment: Voting of a new VIP must have 90% or more of the group being in favor of the new VIP. A citizen may only apply for VIP once per 2 weeks.

  23. 11th Amendment: At least 25% of the group and 50% of the VIPs must agree to ratify a new amendment.

  25. Sidenotes:
  26. VIPs are the original people who were added onto this group. Any new member is considered a civilian.
