  1. In 1996, Richard Perle and Binyamin Netanyahu issued a manifesto to the Western world. “A Clean Break” from the Oslo Accords was declared to be the next necessary step towards Israeli security and prosperity. For too long, their people had been subjected to violence, hate, propaganda, and credible threats to their safety. Perle was intimately familiar with the neoconservative machine that would rise in America’s 21st century, how it felt, how it was steered, and what motivated it. The next year, in 1997, he helped write an American counterpart to A Clean Break, which was the “Project for a New American Century.” It was the engine which would mobilize the neoconservatives on the U.S. side of the Atlantic. Under a different name, but with the same principles, enemies, motivations, and methods, the neocon-Zionist alliance was formed - at least in the sense that a unified policy had been put on paper and agreed on by those in charge. The most powerful geopolitical beast in world history was thus born. Who would control it, and to what ends, were predictable to those in the know.
  2.
  3. These two documents are the “why.” Today, we are concerned about “how.” We could speculate about a million different motives for all the different parties involved, but that would be a very long book. The aforementioned documents themselves are probably some of the best sources to read about their motives anyway.
  4.
  5. Nobody really knows whose mind first spawned the idea of a “New Pearl Harbor.” While the quote has been attributed to Dov Zakheim, others say some CIA egghead came up with the plan in one great mental stroke of genius. Some even point the finger right at Binyamin Netanyahu as the prime architect. Of course, those people forget that Bibi is a politician, not a physicist or criminal mastermind by any stretch of the imagination. Others say that Darth Cheney himself came up with the idea, but he is also a businessman and politician, a patriotic one at that. Let’s also not forget that the FBI kinda sorta let terrorists blow up a bomb in the WTC basement in 1993, meaning the idea wasn’t exactly new. The truth is that the false-flag attack is one of the oldest tricks in the book. None of these people involved ever had an actual original thought, they only read from a centuries old playbook. Where this seed of malevolence actually originated is truly unknowable, and “of little practical significance.”
  6.
  7. Another item that is truly unknowable is the specific point of command and organization. No single government agency, in any country, could become aware of too much of the plan. Compartmentalization was key. Even the CIA or Mossad would recoil (officially) at such a blatant act of evil. Whatever organizational structure existed at the center of the plot was not fully accountable to any one government agency.
  8.
  9. The central plotters created a tool to protect themselves from each other, a shared source of direction to ensure they acted in unison without direct contact among themselves. They created this entity in a way that they could mutually trust the instructions being given. Such a thing could not have a “name” per se. However, now lacking a way to refer to it, it was generally called “Control.”
  10.
  11. Control had access to vast resources with effectively zero oversight. Between it’s sponsors and participants, it was extrajudicial, supernational, and thus, untouchable. Control did not physically exist, it was only a source of instructions for a very few parties. While no one was supposed to know who else was involved, many of the seasoned, high profile participants were able to make educated guesses at who was on the same team. Control was a very robust and effective commander, able to organize several aspects of the plan simultaneously and instantly.
  12.
  13. Of all the tasks that Control would face, the first was providing the Fairy Tale. The Fairy Tale needed plausible suspects, plausible means, plausible motive, and plausible evidence. Control did not flinch, providing a script and production value of Hollywood quality. Having been inspired by the 1993 WTC bombers, Control knew exactly where to look for some plausible suspects.
  14.
  15. [1998]
  16. Mohamed Atta was a 29 year old Egyptian living in Germany. Having grown increasingly irate with Israeli and American treatment of Arabs, he became a political and religious extremist. He went on a religious pilgrimage to Mecca, known as Hajj. He began to read extremist literature, and discuss his disdain for Westerners with others. Little did he know, the modern advent of mass surveillance had enabled Control to find him. A group of credible suspects was required, and Atta’s first mistake was to become one.
  17.
  18. One day, Mr. Atta was contacted by a friend of a friend at his mosque. He had been chosen to serve Islam in the greatest way. Atta lived for this, finally seeing clarity and purpose. He didn’t hesitate to request instructions. However, those instructions were very brief: Travel to Saudi Arabia and meet a contact at a specified location to begin training. Atta’s second mistake was following these directions.
  19.
  20. Upon arrival to Saudi Arabia, Atta rented a car. His destination was a remote airstrip. He thought that perhaps they intended to teach him to fly, or possibly smuggle him out of the country. Atta understood the need for caution and security and was prepared for such, a good operative doesn’t ask questions. When he arrived, there was a shipping container on a truck with three men standing next to it, wearing traditional robes. They were all armed, but did not allow Atta to see that.
  21.
  22. Atta stepped out of his vehicle and approached the men. None of them said a word as the closest man to the truck opened the back door and motioned for Atta to step inside. He had come so far, “This is it” Atta thought to himself as moved for the truck, filled with hope and conviction. Once inside the dark container, the door closed.
  23.
  24. Atta was unconscious within ten minutes. Within thirty minutes, the exhaust fumes routed into the shipping container from the truck had completely stopped his heart. There remained no mess, no forensic evidence. His body would be cremated and disposed of by the same Mossad agents who had captured him. When Mr. Atta returned from Saudi Arabia, he requested another passport - he had lost the old one.
  25.
  26. Other Arabs would have a similar experience, including the reported loss or theft of their passports. Some would even die in the same shipping container. These men were found through a variety of ways. Hani Hanjour, for example, was shacked up with an FBI asset in 1998 in San Diego. Hani disappeared in late 1999. His FAA certification was revoked because he missed a mandatory medical examination. The close scrutiny of a doctor might cause problems if any details were wrong. Even Control couldn’t predict every little problem, but it didn’t matter. As far as the world was concerned, there were 19 known radical Muslims living in the U.S. It was of the utmost importance that they maintained all proper appearances. The plot had to look real enough to sell it to the U.S., not just the citizens, but for the numerous intelligence agencies that would monitor them leading up to Zero Day.
  27.
  28. [1998]
  29. Gaining full operational control of the World Trade Center would prove to be only slightly more complicated than everyone thought. Binyamin Netanyahu didn’t even need to think twice as he imagined who he needed Stateside. The first phone call he made was to real estate magnate Larry Silverstein, a good friend with whom he spoke weekly. Larry was the obvious choice, he was smart, loaded, and loyal. He also already owned the Solomon Brother’s building, otherwise known as WTC Building Seven, since 1987. Binyamin was no fool though. All of the discussions would occur face to face. Literally every line of electronic communication on the planet was somehow monitored, and he was keenly aware of that.
  30.
  31. After some consideration, more assets were brought into the fold. Ronald Lauder, the chairman of the New York State Research Council on Privatization under Governor Pataki, was also good friends with Silverstein. Lauder was critical in pushing the state to privatize the WTC complex. Using the arguments of increased tax revenue and a lighter maintenance burden, the WTC towers were approved for a bid. Mr. Lauder would later pursue his dreams and go on to become the head of the World Jewish Council. Yes, that is a thing.
  32.
  33. The twin towers were not a guarantee by any stretch in an investment sense. Tenancy in the towers had been in a decline as the property became less desirable. High maintenance costs were compounded with the presence of asbestos, which was used extensively throughout the towers as fireproofing material. Given these liabilities, possession of the towers became a somewhat complicated and tenuous issue.
  34.
  35. [1999]
  36. It was immediately obvious that this small group of private individuals would be unable to see the Zero Day plan through to completion on their own. They required someone at the highest level of the American government to cooperate. Without some guarantee of protection from the very top, the plan would be vulnerable to law enforcement. Since Zero Day was planned to occur after the U.S. Presidential elections, Control expected obtaining this cooperation to be the greatest challenge.
  37.
  38. As luck would have it, both tickets in the election were already assured to cooperate. On the Democrat side, a Zionist war hawk named Joe Lieberman was chosen as Al Gore’s running mate. If elected, Lieberman would have been the first Jewish vice president. He had always been quite vocal about his dreams for controlling the Middle East, and specifically invading Iraq. His loyalty was beyond question.
  39.
  40. On the Republican side, George Bush had appointed a man named Dick Cheney to head his Vice-Presidential candidate search committee. Amazingly, Dick Cheney chose Dick Cheney. He was a rising power in the Republican party, the former director of the Council on Foreign Relations, and was himself a PNAC contributor. Like Lieberman, his cooperation was a guarantee.
  41.
  42. Control had correctly guessed that both of these tickets would take the first opportunity to seize upon an event that could feed their thirst for war.
  43.
  44. [Spring, 2000]
  45. Control had become aware of an existing Mossad program to install Arab patsies in the U.S., the same program under which Mohamed Atta was replaced. As it so happened, Mossad also had plans to initiate terrorist activity in the States. They had already assumed the identities of almost two dozen Arab extremists and imported them. Control knew that this would be the best chance to create plausible suspects. It was around this time that Control directed Mossad to move forward with the plan, having them instruct The Suspects to leave an investigative trail that was meant to be followed.
  46.
  47. Most of this trail would be left using the name of Mohamed Atta. He would be seen at no less than three different flight schools. The Suspects would also make a habit of leaving copies of the Koran at various places, including hotel rooms, taxis, and a nightclub in Florida.
  48.
  49. It was important that The Suspects be memorable, leaving reliable witnesses behind who could testify to their existence and their intent. However, because of the compartmentalization, Mossad did not yet know the specific target, meaning they were not able to tailor their performance to any one future act. This would become very apparent before the end of Spring.
  50.
  51. [April, 2000]
  52. Mohamed Atta entered the U.S. Department of Agriculture loan office in Homestead, Florida, seeking a loan. He met with a loan officer named Johnelle Bryant. The first thing he did was refuse to speak to her, as she was “but a female.” In the interest of keeping the gag going, he got over it and continued with his request. He asked for a $650,000 loan to modify a twin engine, six passenger aircraft, saying he intended to, “build a chemical tank that would fit inside the aircraft and take up every available square inch of the aircraft except for where the pilot would be sitting.” Some say he overdid it by dropping Osama Bin Laden’s name in the conversation, and asking about security at US landmarks. He also made sure that she spelled his name correctly. She would later tell ABC’s Brian Ross in a televised interview, “while taking notes, I, I wrote his name down. And I spelled it A-T-T-A-H, and he told me, ‘No, A-T-T-A, as in 'Atta boy!’” Bryant refused the loan on the basis that Atta was not a U.S. citizen.
  53.
  54.
  55. [June, 2000]
  56. While Mohamed Atta was hard at work building an investigative trail in Florida, Mohamed Atta entered the United States for the very first time, according the INS at least. On June 3, 2000, Mohamed Atta entered the U.S. in Newark New Jersey. Because of Mossad’s rigid compartmentalization, one hand did not know what the other was doing. In the process of splitting off the program, they had created two Mohammed Attas. The U.S. investigators would later be very confused as they tried to piece together the hijacker’s movements in the country prior to Zero Day. There would be a time in January, 2001 that Atta would be on record entering the U.S. twice in one day, with no record of departure. Later, there would be a time when Atta was galavanting around Europe talking to Iraqi intelligence agents in Prague, while he was also partying in Florida and Las Vegas.
  57.
  58. [July 2000]
  59. Control planned to make it’s first attempt to obtain Cheney’s cooperation. The Bush administration was surrounded by a like-minded group of neoconservatives nicknamed, “The Vulcans” after the Roman god of fire and metalworking. (Condoleeza Rice is said to have come up with this name.) Among them were the most vicious warmakers in American history, who made no bones about expressing their desire to invade Iraq. Their ranks included Richard Armitage, Lewis “Scooter” Libby, Condoleeza Rice, Paul Wolfowitz, Dov Zakheim, and Robert Zoellick.
  60.
  61. At this point, Control was making significant progress in importing The Suspects into the United States. Not only had many of them begun to leave a paper trail, a few were already on U.S. intelligence watch lists. Feeling confident in the appearance of the legitimate Arab terror cell, Control decided to reach out to The Vulcans.
  62.
  63. This was a very tricky task. In order to get Cheney involved, he had to believe that the plan was his idea. As Cheney is both a psychotic megalomaniac, and a control freak, he feels a natural need to call the shots. Control was well aware of how Cheney would react, having access to annual psychological profiles regarding his behavior, beliefs, and mental state dating back to 1990.
  64.
  65. Control already had a man inside of the Vulcans: Dov Zakheim. Control had used Binyamin Netanyahu to recruit Zakheim in 1998. Control’s other assets were not made fully aware that Zakheim was in fact a central figure in the planning and preparation for Zero Day. Zakheim did not approach Cheney directly, that would look suspicious. Instead, Zakheim decided to use Lewis “Scooter” Libby, one of the few men that Cheney would listen to.
  66.
  67. The Vulcans had every intention of creating their “New Pearl Harbor” at the earliest opportunity. When Scooter Libby presented the first CIA threat assessments regarding The Suspects to Dick Cheney, he immediately became sexually aroused, working his wrinkled chode into a near heart attack inducing semi-chub.
  68.
  69. Cheney would consult with many more of his Vulcan friends, one of them being Paul Wolfowitz. Cheney intended to use Wolfowitz for his Mossad connections to obtain Israeli intelligence reports on The Suspects. Little did Cheney know, Wolfowitz had already been tasked by Mossad to do just that, provide intelligence reports. The reports were detailed, thorough, and carefully crafted for consumption by the U.S.. Cheney and Wolfowitz agreed that whatever The Suspects were planning on doing, their success should be ensured.
  70.
  71. [2000]
  72. The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) ran a data mining program called Able Danger which had caught the trail of Mohamed Atta. Lt. Col. Anthony Shaffer, who worked in the program, brought the information to CIA director George Tenet, briefing him a total of three times. Tenet, however, already knew what was happening, and ensured that the information was not acted on. Shaffer would ask to bring the FBI in on the matter, but was instructed not to due to the illegal nature of the data collection methods. Shaffer would not go public with this until years later, as retaliation for an investigation into his alleged misconduct. The Senate Intelligence Committee, headed by Dianne Feinstein, would later determine that no such connection to The Suspects had been made prior to 9/11/01. Shaffer would publish his story in his book "Operation Dark Heart."
  73.
  74. The FBI also became aware of other Al Qaeda assets in the U.S. but shut down the investigation due to a lack of probable cause, poor cooperation with other intelligence agencies, and internal sabotage from the director, Louis Freeh, who himself was a seasoned criminal and political infighter.
  75.
  76. [Get framed]
  77. At this point, Mossad came up with a somewhat brilliant idea. If they could trick the U.S. government into believing their fictitious terror plot, they could probably sell it to others. The deepest pockets they had access to belonged to the ruling family of Saudi Arabia, and their extensive network of friends. Using the same sources of evidence, Mossad successfully tricked the Saudis into providing millions of dollars to The Suspects. While the extra money was nice, it wasn’t particularly useful at the time. Thirteen years later however, the evidence of these transfers would direct the hatred of the American public towards the Saudis at a critically important time.
  78.
  79. [The importance of Dov S. Zakheim]
  80. Control would continue to rely on Dov Zakheim to make other critical connections. He is an interesting fellow. He was born in Brooklyn, 1948, and graduated from both Columbia and Oxford. Afterwards, he became a rabbi and a dual citizen of the U.S. and Israel, even having an Israeli passport issued to him. He made a name for himself as a political advisor, who was able to write as smooth as his tongue. Zakheim was in fact the most intelligent individual involved in the plot.
  81.
  82. In 1985 he was appointed as the Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Planning and Resources under the Reagan administration. In this position, he essentially had a say in where the U.S. devoted their military spending. In one memorable case, Zakheim had managed to net Israel a cool $500 million from the remains of the botched Lavi project.
  83.
  84. Not two years later, in 1987, Zakheim somehow became the CEO of SPC International. SPC stands for Systems Planning Corporation, a defense contractor founded in 1970. This company produced a wide range of command and control systems, terminals, software, testing products, and so much more. They were joined at the hip with DARPA, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, since the beginning of their existence. SPC was on the very cutting edge of military technology development. Zakheim also served as a DoD advisor in various capacities under Bush One and Clinton. If Zakheim had a specialty, it was telling people what they wanted to hear. He built his career on it.
  85.
  86. SPC would prove to be a very useful resource. Zakheim kept his position from '87 to '01. During this time, he witnessed many significant technological advancements ranging from missile guidance to wiretapping. Of course, he was passing along all the important information to Israel the entire time. Control was aware of this existing arrangement.
  87.
  88. After the WTC bombing in 1993, a subsidiary of SPC called Tridata Corporation was brought in to provide technical advice on repairing and securing the buildings. Tridata had full access to the tower's blueprints, modifications, and technical data on the interior infrastructure. This was only one small part of SPC's usefulness.
  89.
  90. SPC had also developed the "Flight Termination System." (FTS) When target drones needed to be safely landed when they survived, this modular, stand-alone system could control the flight of several drones at once. Scaling this up to a passenger jet was not a challenge, remote control of such a craft had been demonstrated in the 80s by NASA.
  91.
  92. The most important aspect of Zakheim's participation was a deal he brokered between Eglin Air Force base and SPC for the long-term maintenance and overhaul of over thirty Boeing jets. It was this deal that gave Zakheim access to the aircraft needed to carry out the Zero Day plan.
  93.
  94. [Near success]
  95. Control was making great progress, and the plan was coming along nicely. The Suspects were busy leaving a wildly schizophrenic investigative trail, and the Bush administration had been baited into buying the plot. Zakheim had managed to acquire the Boeings. The Suspects and murder weapons were in all in hand. However, none of these could be used on Zero Day, not without a way to ensure American cooperation. The U.S. has had the most secure airspace in the world since the dawn of aviation. These systems would need to be compromised. This problem had already been solved in 1998, once again, through a Mossad connection.
  96.
  97. [Amit Yoran]
  98. The Yoran brothers were born in the U.S. to a pair of Israeli parents. Amit was a weird one. As a child he would often wear formal clothing like vests and ties to his public school, which did not have a strict dress code. His parents raised him to be very conscious of his homeland, and the threats it faced. As a result he grew up taking a very keen interest in international geopolitics. He followed in the footsteps of his older brother Elad and attended the West Point military academy.
  99.
  100. When Amit graduated, he was given the chance to work for the DoD as a crypo-analyst. From 1993 to 1999 he joined CERT, the Computer Emergency Readiness Team. The job was exactly what it sounded like. Amit would help the DoD secure their computer systems, and make recommendations to other government agencies on what hardware and software to use.
  101.
  102. It was his combination of political and racial loyalty to Israel, and his critically sensitive position in the DoD, that led Mossad to approach him as a sayanim. (Hebrew for "helper") Amit was already familiar with who they were; patriots who worked diligently to preserve and advance the Jewish state of Israel. His people needed him. He willingly took orders from Mossad without question, using his access to provide assistance.
  103.
  104. Mossad gave him a single important task: Hire a company called Ptech. Ptech was a Mossad front company run by Michael Goff. On paper, they were supposed to work on data integration issues and security.
  105.
  106. Michael Goff was another Israeli, whose parents were both members of B'nai B'rith. That's Hebrew for Children of the Covenant. If you don't know what that means, let's just say an equivalent organization formed by white people would be considered a hate group.
  107.
  108. Goff, a long time Mossad asset, now had access to critical computer systems within the DoD, NORAD, the Air Force, the FBI, and several other federal agencies. The most important of these was the FAA. Amit’s job was complete, with Ptech and Goff in place, he went on to work with his brother Elad at a Mossad electronic warfare unit, in the form of a company called Riptech.
  109.
  110. [2001]
  111. It was not until January of 2001 that the bidding process for the WTC complex was set into full swing. Larry Silverstein wasn’t alone in his bid for the towers. While the NY Port Authority only expected to fetch $1.5B, soaring prices in the real estate bubble had pushed the par to about $3B. Boston Properties and Brookfield Financial Properties had teamed up to acquire the towers. The deadline to submit bids was January 31, but on January 25th, misfortune struck Mr. Silverstein.
  112.
  113. It was a ‘97 Ford sedan, while he was crossing East 57th Street. Larry was hospitalized with a broken pelvis. It couldn’t have happened to a nicer guy. With only six days from the deadline in a heated bidding war, Larry was unfazed in his quest to obtain the towers. He had his lawyers, co-workers, and other personnel wait outside his hospital room to meet him on a daily basis. On the 31st, he told the NY Post, “We’re lusting after the World Trade Center, the prize of all prizes.” Larry just had a brush with death, and the biggest thing on his mind was a real estate investment.
  114.
  115. A larger problem loomed, his competitors had bid $3.25B, which beat Silverstein's bid. As his classmate at NYU, Bernie Mendik, once said, “The money wasn’t really the point. It was just a way of keeping score.” Silverstein would use another asset in the NY government to meet his ends. Lewis Eisenberg, head of the NY Port Authority, was able to torpedo the last minute negotiations with Vornado Realty. By April 26th, this led to the Port Authority accepting the next bid, Silverstein’s $3.22B, only $30 million less. The deal was closed on July 24th, 2001, giving him and his teammates roughly 47 days to prepare for Zero Day. As per the agreement with the Port Authority, Silverstein was required to carry terrorism insurance. He chose Allianz Group, a German company, for the $3.5B policy.
  116.
  117. The legwork in finding an appropriate firm to provide security had already been done. Since the 1993 WTC bombing which inspired this plot, Kroll Associates were charged with revamping site security. Kroll had quite the reputation, being known as “the CIA of Wall Street” because of the huge number of former intelligence operatives and analysts working with them. The old man who ran the show, Jules Kroll, had already demonstrated steadfast loyalty, and was also known to Silverstein through the NY Citizen’s Budget Commission.
  118.
  119. Kroll had long ago set up a robust and extensive world-class security program at the towers. Time sensitive magnetic cards were required to pass turnstyles and access elevators. The cards were floor restricted. There were hundreds of cameras set up throughout. Security was stationed at various points inside and outside the building. It is unquestionable that Kroll held 100% percent authority of who and what entered and exited the building.
  120.
  121. All they had to do now was wait for Control to send further instructions.
  122.
  123. [May 7, 2001]
  124. Dov Zakheim left his position at SPC, and was appointed as Undersecretary of Defense, otherwise known as comptroller. He had done well, having pulled the right strings to get a team of Mossad operatives posing as subcontractors to modify the Boeings that were being borrowed from the USAF.
  125.
  126. His immediate duty as comptroller was to solve a financial issue. The Pentagon had misplaced some $2.3 trillion dollars. Vicious, calculated, and goal oriented, Zakheim was the just the sort of man the Vulcans trusted to take care of a task like this.
  127.
  128. Unofficially, Zakheim was meant to solve a second problem. The Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) was looking into the source of the Project Hammer funds, otherwise known as the Black Eagle Trust fund. This money was in the form of bonds, drawn from thin air, that had been used in the 80’s and 90’s to buy Soviet-Russian infrastructure and destabilize their nation. This was known as “The Great Ruble Scam.” While this rabbit hole is beyond the scope of 9/11, the important part is that it could destroy the Bush clan and the American neoconservatives in scandal. If the Vulcans were taken down, they might bring their Israeli accomplices with them. Since they were in this together, and he was a member of both groups, Zakheim thought it was best to do the favor. To fix this, Zakheim would kill two birds with one stone, spilling American blood in the process.
  129.
  130. The imaginary bonds used to finance Project Hammer were being investigated by the ONI, and due to be verified and cleared on September 12th. The ONI been located pretty much by themselves in Wedge One of the Pentagon, which had recently undergone maintenance and structural upgrades to protect against a physical attack on the complex. Zakheim was already well aware of this. He worked closely with Rumsfeld, the DoD, and Mossad to arrange the murder of the Pentagon bookkeepers and ONI personnel who threatened to bring down their thirty year old syndicate.
  131.
  132. Just because they were on the same side did not mean they liked each other. Zakheim and Rumsfeld had little mutual trust. Rumsfeld was something of a moron, but he understood Zakheim, knowing he was always up to no good, working some sort of scheme at all times.
  133.
  134. [June 25, 2001]
  135. Mohamed Atta and Marwan al-Shehhi were suffering from cabin fever. They had been cooped up in an apartment in Coral Springs, Florida, for more than two months. Marwan thought this would be the best assignment ever, but had long since changed his mind. While they had a generous expense account, they were not supposed to show it. Atta had been driving the same ‘89 Grand Prix the entire time. It wasn’t a bad car, but they couldn’t exactly pick up blasphemous American women in it. Marwan suggested to Atta, “We should have a terrorist meeting in Vegas.” Atta liked the idea, “Yeah, we could scope out some targets too.”
  136.
  137. Control would realize that Mossad’s compartmentalization was breaking down when other cells began to do the same thing. In total, six trips would be made to Las Vegas by the various hijackers. Control and the FBI would later be in complete agreement that the hijackers had accomplished precisely nothing on these journeys.
  138.
  139. [Putting the planes into play]
  140. After Zakheim secured custody of the Boeings, he would hand off the operation to Mossad. These Mossad personnel, posing as subcontractors, had in fact moved four of the planes to a private location. Putting the right planes into play would involve the most impressive heists ever undertaken.
  141.
  142. Once inside covered hangars, the Mossad assigned former members of Israel Aerospace Industries to perform the modifications. They expertly reproduced every aspect of two American Airlines jets and two United Airlines jets. They equipped them with everything from the seats to the toilet paper of their respective carrier companies. Everything except the exterior paint job. These marvelous forgeries would never be detected.
  143.
  144. The next step was to swap out four commercial airliners and replace them with the modified passenger aircraft. This was done at two different airports, Dulles and Logan, over the span of a month. The modified boeings, fresh from SPC, flew into the airports as military flights, and were placed in their hangars. These hangars are regularly changed around, air carriers do not always own specific hangars.
  145.
  146. This is where Ptech was used. Michael Goff had been fed small pieces of spyware written by Mossad programmers. By this point, he had managed to deploy this payload to the computer systems of over a dozen agencies, including the FAA, and even the target airports. Furthermore, the security at Logan airport was run by ICTS, an Israeli security company founded by Shin Bet members. The security at Dulles was run by Stratesec, otherwise known as Securacom, a private government contractor with very close ties to the Pentagon and the Bush family. They were also crooked as hell.
  147.
  148. Once concealed inside the hangars, the SPC Boeings were painted with the decals and tail numbers of the aircraft that would be replaced. The spyware that Ptech had uploaded had given Mossad full access to the accounting systems and changed the records of where the aircraft were stored. One by one, commercial aircraft were duplicated on-site within the hangers by the same SPC-IAI personnel. When the transition was complete and the paint had dried, the electronic records were changed, and the airline pilots and crew would grab the fake boeing and put it into circulation, because as far as they could tell, nothing was wrong.
  149.
  150. Now that Mossad had stolen the four commercial airliners, it was time to modify them. Mossad did not intend to let the airline companies keep the forgeries. There are serial numbers located throughout the aircraft that, if checked, could lead to the discovery that they were not the actual planes that the airline carrier owned. It took only a week to modify the planes to the desired specifications.
  151.
  152. [Pentagon fortification]
  153. Dov Zakheim had worked carefully to isolate the ONI personnel and the native Pentagon bookkeepers in Wedge One of the Pentagon. Zakheim was worried that the attack would not kill these people. Their testimony could potentially incriminate many of his friends. Wedge One, while mostly vacant, had recently been upgraded to withstand a ballistic or explosive attack. Zakheim brought his concerns to the Mossad, and he convinced them that measures should be taken to guarantee their deaths.
  154.
  155. A Boeing 757 alone would not be able to penetrate the fortified exterior of Wedge One. The craft mostly consisted of aluminum and kerosene. Regardless of speed, it would simply disintegrate upon striking the Pentagon’s armored exterior wall. Mossad understood that only a missile would be able to reach the interior of the structure. Some within the program were stunned that such a change to the plans would be made simply to accommodate the past crimes of American neoconservatives. Politics would come into play; Zakheim controlled every string touching the planes, and he was the one that had decided to do the Vulcans a favor. This was only the first of many differences of opinion that would haunt the Mossad for many years later.
  156.
  157. The order came from Zakheim himself. The AA Boeing 757 bound for the Pentagon would have to be modified. After a short briefing with a Mossad munitions expert, it was decided to use a recently developed missile spawned from the JASSM program. It had successfully completed powered flight tests in 1999. This missile would later be designated the AGM-158, using the WDU-32/B penetrator warhead.
  158.
  159. The installation of the missile was easy. It was only 14 feet long and a couple feet wide, allowing it be mounted on a rail beneath the cockpit, in the flight ops section in the lower part of the nose. A hatch was installed, including tough gaskets to maintain cabin pressure. This hatch had small charges set on it’s perimeter which would blow it out less than a second before the missile was to be fired. There is a very intelligent person out there who will never receive credit for designing this system.
  160.
  161. [Back in business]
  162. Once the work was completed, Mossad flew the stolen airliners back to the airports as military flights, painted gray. With another round of tampering with the hanger systems, and another paint job within an airport hanger, the airlines took their planes back without ever knowing that they had gone missing in the first place.
  163.
  164. At this point, Zakheim had the USAF loaners sent back to the off-site location where they would be prepared to be worked on by other SPC personnel. They would complete the modifications required by the contract with Eglin that they originally agreed to. The USAF would never know that their planes were used as placeholders, and the airlines would never know that SPC and Mossad had borrowed their planes for a week of modifications.
  165.
  166. [Stratesec leak]
  167. Mossad had made a mistake to trust Stratesec. They provided security at the Dulles Airport, where Flight 77 was due to strike the Pentagon. Stratesec was loyal to Wirt Walker, a Bush relative. This loyalty extended all the way down to the base personnel level. This tip made it’s way into a small American clique of neoconservatives. The news rippled through several gossip circles.
  168.
  169. No one knew exactly what was going to happen to this flight. Some said it was a actually a private jet to deliver the passengers to some retirement island. Other correctly guessed that the hijackers planned to take this flight and do… something. There were almost fifty people booked on the flight before Mossad detected the unusual activity, many of the passengers having been political enemies and whistleblower risks, and booked there at the direction of the Pentagon. Mossad decided to remove the booking listing for that flight using their backdoor access to the airports and airline computer systems.
  170.
  171. One man in particular had caught this rumor in time. He acquired tickets to a taping of The Bill Maher show in California. After convincing his wife to board the flight, she would never be seen alive again. The man’s name was Theodore Olson, the Solicitor General of The United States. He was the guy who provided legal assistance to the Reagan administration during the Iran-Contra scandal. His wife, who would later meet a tragic end, was Barbara Olson, a CNN and Fox News commentator. Studies have shown that old rich men killing their wives is actually a thing.
  172.
  173. [Wargames]
  174. In the Summer of 2001, It was decided by the Vulcans to disguise the events of Zero Day with a training exercise. If most of the available military assets were otherwise indisposed, or confused by the simulation, it would be easier to explain why the plot was not stopped. To this end, Cheney made an order to change the authority for intercepting hijacked aircraft. The Vulcans had the details arranged to ensure that the American aerospace defense infrastructure was ineffective and impotent on Zero Day.
  175.
  176. [July 26, 2001]
  177. Today, the lease for the WTC was inked and cleared with the NY Port Authority. Silverstein properties was now in control of the WTC towers with Kroll’s help. On the second night of possession, Mossad had already imported the equipment and personnel that would be needed. Preparation began immediately. Bomb sniffing dogs were removed from the building, and notices went out to expect power-downs and maintenance crews.
  178.
  179. On July 29th, the first loads of equipment were moved into the building. Lead Element was given a massive budget to maintain the front of a renovation company. He and his 25 coworkers were assigned construction passes, gifted by Kroll Associates, in order to access the entirety of the towers.
  180.
  181. Everything brought into the building was inside large, locked plastic crates. They contained utility knives, putty knives, plaster, paint, drywall, and two kinds of explosives. The first kind was a type of thermite/plasma torch that would be placed within each of the exterior columns. It was based on Patent number US5532449 A, from Komatsu. Once placed inside the hole that was in each column, it would sever the bolts holding it to the column below, as well as the mounting point to the truss holding the floor. The other kind of explosive was an RDX based high explosive, custom manufactured in Israel without any chemical identification markers. Each of these units had an assigned spot, and was affixed with a self contained radio detonation device, each with a unique trigger key.
  182.
  183. Lead Element had been given a special item; a suppressed Ruger .22 with shaved numbers, tritium sights and teflon coated ammunition. His orders were simple, if any witnesses were somehow still inside the section being worked on, they were to leave the building in one of the crates.
  184.
  185. Luckily for him, this wasn’t an issue. Tenancy at the towers was at a record low, and many of the floors were completely unoccupied. Kroll’s security system was able to tell which offices had people present in the building, and it was effective enough to prevent a single run in with any civilians for the entirety of the operation.
  186.
  187. There were 57 exterior columns on each side of the two buildings. Only 90 floors per building were rigged this way. This meant about 41,000 columns would need a thermite cutter. The Mossad agents had gone through a month of training in order to learn how the exterior columns were spaced, and how to cut them open, plant a device, patch the hole, and paint it. The average time was 4.5 minutes, Mossad allocated 6 minutes. This meant that for the exterior of the building, 4,100 man hours would be required. For the next forty days, each of the twenty man team would spend an average of 5.1 hours per day on this task.
  188.
  189. On the inside, there were 47 box columns forming the interior of the building. Once the outer connections to the building’s skin was severed, these interior columns would need to be neutralized. This job would use the high explosives. The idea was that the charges detonating on the interior of the building would be masked by the debris wave falling around the tower.
  190.
  191. To access the cores, elevators were shut down at night as the agents rappelled down the shafts, placing charges at each floor. Between the two towers, 200 floors were rigged with an average of 6 charges per floor. Placing each charge only took about 1.5 minutes. This task only took 30 man hours, or 1.5 hours per agent. All told, each of the twenty agents would spend 6.6 hours per day in the WTC towers for 40 days. Another team of six agents was able to rig WTC 7 in 25 days.
  192.
  193. No one in the offices noticed the fresh paint in their work areas. They only worked there, and they knew building maintenance had a mind of their own. These well behaved office dwellers never thought to open up one of the patched walls to inspect their handiwork. If even one device had been discovered, there would be a huge problem.
  194.
  195. [September 8, 2014]
  196. Control was beginning to get nervous. A lot of people were now involved in the Zero Day plan, and even more had somehow become aware of it. Pulling so many strings, especially within the group of American neoconservatives, had turned a few heads. The Pentagon had now directed almost a dozen people to fly on Flight 77 departing Dulles.
  197.
  198. Others had also figured out that the coming event would be a huge business boom for the defense sector. Investments in Raytheon and other defense contractors skyrocketed.
  199.
  200. Even more worrisome, there were suspicious stock trades being made. Trading in shares of “reinsurance” companies (where insurance companies buy *their* insurance) had doubled. Also, there were “put options” being placed on American Airlines and United Airlines. A put option is a bet that a stock price will fall, backed by an agreement to buy the stock at a given price if it does not. The increase of put options was beginning to pop up on the SEC’s radar. Fortunately, their offices in the WTC would become inoperative in the coming days.
  201.
  202. Control would not have been so confident in the coverup if it were to see the massive rise in popularity of alternative media and the internet. In the 90s, most people were not aware of anything that the television, radio, or newspapers didn’t tell them. The prospect of true mass media that could not be controlled with money may have instilled even the slightest bit of humbleness.
  203.
  204. [September 10, 2001]
  205. Donald Rumsfeld, the Secretary of Defense, would announce the Pentagon’s $2.3 trillion dollar mishap on the 10th, a Monday. While government agencies rarely give bad news on a Monday, since it will linger for the remaining weekly news cycle, the timing was carefully chosen because they knew that the next day’s events would make the public forget about a single news conference the day before.
  206.
  207. Ehud Olmert, the former Israeli Prime Minister, had been brought into the loop on the Mossad operation in New York. The day before the attacks, he visited some business friends, officially at least. Afterwards, he would meet with the 26 man Mossad team that had worked in the WTC, and congratulate them personally.
  208.
  209. [September 11, 2001 - Zero Day]
  210. Since acquiring the WTC towers, Larry Silverstein ate breakfast at Windows on the World every morning, a restaurant at the top of the North Tower. Today would be different. He would find his wife early in the morning in her home office. Larry sat down next to her, “Klara.” Making eye contact, “I have a dermatologist appointment today. If anyone asks about it, don’t talk to them. Do you understand?” She was a good Jewish wife; obedient. She only needed to nod once to satisfy him.
  211.
  212. The Suspects had been shuffled around the country for months now, and were finally in position. Through the morning, they would board their respective flights at the airports where private security firms had arranged to move them out of the departure terminal. Mohamed Atta entered Logan Airport via a connecting flight from Maine, along with Abdulaziz al-Omari. He checked into his flight and passed security. Security at this particular airport was run by ICTS. Menachem Atzmon, director and Mossad connection within the company, had made sure that the agents working in that terminal were provided with special instructions.
  213.
  214. Once inside the terminal, security escorted Mohammed Atta and his friends to the side exit. They would board a small private jet to exfiltrate them from the country later that day. Flight 11, bound for the North Tower, left Logan at 7:59AM, minus five Suspects.
  215.
  216. [Goff Strikes Again]
  217. Michael Goff and his PTech front company had made incredible progress in gaining backdoor access to a long list of U.S. systems. By this time, he had provided long term telephone taps on almost all the passengers booked on the flights. All of these recordings were sent to Mossad. They were able to take these samples and create a convincing audio filter to mimic their voices. With this special access to the telecom carriers, it was possible to place calls without ever being able to track the source.
  218.
  219. [8:14 AM]
  220. The hijacking of Flight 11 began when the pilot noticed he could not fly the plane. Shortly after he responded to ATC, the radio turned off. A broadband jammer installed in the plane also engaged, preventing any kind of cellular communication. The plane continued to ascend. Once it reached 29,000 feet, there was an immediate loss of cabin pressure. Everyone aboard began choking on the frigid, oxygenless air. This caused the plane’s emergency oxygen system to activate. This system is a combination of several oxygen tanks for the pilots and crew, and a large chemical oxygen generator for the passengers. Both of these systems had been modified by the SPC-IAI personnel. The oxygen tanks were pressured, but with carbon dioxide. The chemical oxygen generator deployed as designed, but provided only sulfur gas. Flight 11 continued to ascend, and reached 30,000 feet by 8:21.
  221.
  222. The pilots lost their cool as they hammered on any button they could to signal distress. The PA didn’t work, the radio didn’t work, the flight phones didn’t work. None of the controls worked either. Every single button in the cockpit did nothing. The pilots would be the most terrified people on the entire plane leading up to their deaths.
  223.
  224. Another mistake had been made. No one in the modification program thought to change the transponder code to 7500, which is the international signal for an aircraft hijacking. None of the four planes that day would “squawk” this code. Fortunately, the American investigators would be motivated enough to overlook this detail, as well as many others, for the sake of maintaining the polite fiction.
  225.
  226. At this point, everyone aboard was dead. It was here that the Mossad’s hollywood scriptwriting would shine. They had programmed the plane’s communication system to make a call to the American Airlines emergency number. Using the plane as a relay, a Mossad officer with a voice filter spoke to the AA ground personnel posing as Betty Ong. It was a very convincing filter, having been based on four months recording her personal phone calls. Flight 11 also broadcast a pre-recorded message on the radio. It would be Mohamed Atta telling the passengers to behave, but “accidentally” hitting the radio transmit button instead of the PA.
  227.
  228. At 8:46 AM, Flight 11 aimed itself at the homing device placed in a window of the secure server room of Marsh & McLennan, and struck the North Tower. No on in those offices would be alive to wonder why their chairman and CEO, Paul Bremer, was on NBC, instead of being at work. Bremer provided what would become a textbook “be scared” speech to the anchors. In 2003, Bush appointed him as the occupation governor of Iraq.
  229.
  230. [8:50 AM]
  231. Dick Cheney had isolated himself in the Presidential Emergency Operations Center (PEOC). From here, he could oversee the operation and ensure that the terrorists reached their targets.
  232.
  233. Cheney didn’t trust his Zionist partners. Despite the wargames that were currently happening, he had arranged for an F-22 prototype to follow each of the flights. These F-22s were on a separate, encrypted communications channel that answered only to the PEOC. Their low radar cross-section allowed them to remain undetected amidst a sea of false electronic contacts on NORAD and FAA radar screens.
  234.
  235. At this time, Washington DC was subjected to a massive electronic attack that shut down most telephone and internet communication. The entire capital was paralyzed for almost two hours as communication disruptions prevented the most basic coordination between agencies.
  236.
  237. Mossad didn’t trust Cheney either. They had placed the PEOC under electronic surveillance months beforehand, and the happenings within that office were being monitored by a small team of Mossad officers.
  238.
  239. Cheney would continue to ensure the hijacked aircraft reached their targets without being intercepted by the Air Force.
  240.
  241. [9:34 AM]
  242. Flight 77 was inbound to the Pentagon. Not everyone in the PEOC understood what was happening, and some concern was raised with Dick Cheney about the incoming craft, “Do the orders still stand sir?”. He was aggravated that his allies had allowed these types of people to be present. Expecting pure obedience, he snapped at the young man, “Of course they still stand, have you heard anything to the contrary?” Transportation Secretary Norman Mineta would testify to this conversation in front of the 9/11 Commission. It was one of many pieces of evidence that were omitted from the final report.
  243.
  244. A 9:37, Flight 77 executed a perfectly computer controlled 270 degree descending corkscrew into Wedge One of the Pentagon. 200 milliseconds before impact, the missile mounted in the nose was fired. While the entire plane immediately vaporized upon impacting the armored wall, the penetrator warhead pierced the E ring, and blasted a hole out of the far side of the C ring. This killed 125 bookkeepers and destroyed the Office of Naval Intelligence.
  245.
  246.
  247. [South Tower]
  248. Flight 175 impacted the South Tower at 9:03 AM. The demolitions controllers had been in the Millennium Hotel for days, in a position to see WTC 1, 2, and 7. Immediately upon impact, the thermite cutters in the impact zone were engaged. As the molten metal was directed into the joined columns, it would breach the bottom, and flow down the column into the next floor. Because the cutters were all pointed down, the exterior columns channeled the resulting molten steel downward, without spilling any of it where it could be seen from outside the building. It was a pretty good plan, if they had been prepared for the angled impact of the plane.
  249.
  250. The lower wing had severed a few columns below some thermite cutters. The corner of the building began to spew molten sparks onto the street below. While they were radio-activated packages, they still contained thermite. You cannot stop a thermite reaction once it has begun.
  251.
  252. While the North Tower had been burning for 17 minutes longer, it was decided to pull the South Tower first. The stream of sparks didn’t seem to be letting up, and too many people were seeing this absurd event. There was definitely no going back now. At 9:59 AM, the initial charges in the core on floors 80-84 were detonated. This momentarily caused the top section of the building to drop four floors. With perfect timing, the operators in the Millenium hotel began to blow the lower floors one by one. Slowly beginning with the 79th floor, then the 78th, the operators gradually increased the rate of at which they blew the floors.
  253.
  254. As each floor had already been significantly weakened with the thermite cutters, they provided little resistance to the floors above. As the operators spent ten seconds timing the floors with the falling debris wave, one of them, for a brief moment, felt guilty about what he was doing.
  255.
  256. [10:00 AM]
  257. Back in the PEOC, Cheney was monitoring the situation. A few of the many screens in the office were showing certain news broadcasts. As Cheney was watching one, he saw the South Tower vanish into a pyroclastic cloud. His flimsy ticker almost kicked the pooch as he realized how he had been played.
  258.
  259. His suspicions had been justified. Red in the face, and filled with rage, he stared at a digital map showing the last of the four flights still in the air. United 93 was headed SouthEast, towards Washington D.C., and the White House. Cheney didn’t know that the flight’s ultimate destination was WTC 7 in New York, not that he would have done anything differently knowing that. He immediately ordered the nearby F-22s to shoot down the plane.
  260.
  261. The Mossad officers listening to Cheney’s shouting had a plan for this. The hollywood writers had already written the script. Phone calls were made the entire time, spoofing the passenger’s cell numbers, calling their families, and using a custom voice filter for each of them. The script tree was simply changed, and the calls began to talk about taking the plane back. The F-22s were already within firing rage, having launched a single AIM-120 AMRAAM missile towards United 93. The flight would only survive for three minutes, despite last second evasive maneuvers that were ultimately futile in such a large craft. Several calls were made in this timeframe. United 93 was destroyed over Shanksville, Pennsylvania.
  262.
  263. [10:28 AM]
  264. The remaining North Tower had been burning for an hour and forty minutes. The operators were instructed to pull it. Using the exact same demolition method, the floors in the impact zone were pulled to begin the downward collapse, and the rest of the floors we pulled once they were passed by the debris wave. It was a little easier for the operators this time. They say your first murder is the hardest one.
  265.
  266. [4:00 PM]
  267. After watching the second WTC tower vanish this morning, Cheney was filled with rage. Having felt that he was played for a fool, he looked for someone to blame. After a long day of damage control from the PEOC, he sought out Paul Wolfowitz, his original connection for shared Israeli intelligence. Despite the spotty telecommunications service that plagued the D.C. area that day, he managed to find him and meet him.
  268.
  269. Cheney was hostile at first, “Did you know?” Wolfowitz knew. “You played us. You all played us.” Wolfowitz didn’t say anything, he was speaking to one of his bosses after wall. Cheney continued, “You know I could go the other way on this.” Wolfowitz began to smile, as Cheney immediately regretted making the empty threat. Wolfowitz said, “We’re all in this together, Dick.”
  270.
  271. Cheney, for the first time in his life, was scared. There were now 2,500 more bodies hanging over his head than he had planned. This additional scrutiny would follow him for the rest of his life.
  272.
  273. [5:20 PM]
  274. It took a while to reach out to the NY Office of Emergency Management. (NYOEM) Mossad had lost their connection to the NYOEM in 2000 when Jerome Hauer left. Wolfowitz had to use Donald Rumsfeld, his direct superior, to make the connection. Rumsfeld, as the head of the DoD, could give official and unofficial instructions to the NYOEM. It was a risky move to use a native Pentagon asset for this, but the area around Building 7 needed to be cleared.
  275.
  276. Cheney, in his fit of rage, had shot down UA93 on it’s way to WTC 7. This presented a huge problem. If the building was not pulled, rescue workers and investigators would find the explosives placed throughout the building. If the building was not pulled soon, too many witnesses and cameras would be able to document the demolition, then it’s game over. Cheney had ruined everything.
  277.
  278. Once the NYOEM had received their instructions, they informed the fire department that the building may suffer a structural failure, and to clear out. All witnesses, camera crews, and passersby were blocked from entering Vesey street. At 5:20 PM, the charges were set off. WTC 7, without suffering the planned impact from UA93, fell perfectly into it’s own footprint.
  279.
  280. [Dusk]
  281. Cheney spent the night at Camp David. He requested an encrypted line where he gave instructions to the vast number of assets he had used. At this point, he was suspicious of everything, choosing his words carefully. Getting the right people to say the right things would become a grueling twenty year task, with many failures, leaks, and whistleblowers of various types.
  282.
  283. Cheney felt numb at the time. However, as the years progressed, he would bury his feelings and continue to be the power player that he always was. This stress would build up, and come to a head one day on February 11th, 2006, when he shot a man in the face just to prove that he could.
  284.
  285. [11:30 PM EST, 7:30 AM LOCAL]
  286. The private jets carrying The Suspects had finally landed in Saudi Arabia, after leaving the East coast just before the FAA grounded all U.S. flights at 9:26 AM EST. The cells were still separated. Each of them flew out of the United States with a specified extraction point. The extraction point given to each of the cells was the same location.
  287.
  288. It was a newly constructed airstrip in a rural area outside Riyadh. The jets dropped off their passengers, and the continued to the airports that they were scheduled to arrive. In total, there were nine planes. Four for each hijacker cell, one for the SPC/IAI personnel, one for the operators, and three for the crew which had rigged the WTC complex. Lead Element’s cell was the first to reach the rally point. They proceeded into to a cargo loading area as instructed.
  289.
  290. Lead Element expected a bus or a taxi. Instead, the Saudi secret police had been paid to remove the nine groups of passengers that arrived there. He knew what was happening the moment he saw only one vehicle, a semi truck, which had been backed into the loading dock. He had just enough time to wish he still had that Ruger. Four men wearing traditional robes opened fire from a catwalk above the loading area.
  291.
  292. They didn’t know who they were killing, but they would follow their instructions to the letter. Lead Element, his men, the IAI personnel, the operators, and The Suspects were squeezed into large barrels, covered with lye and hydrochloric acid, and dumped in the desert sands, hundreds of miles away from Riyadh.
  293.
  294. Control’s job was done. The planes were gone. The assets were gone. The objective was complete. It zero filled every hard drive, threw them in the garbage, and walked off into the night. Control had seen enough people disappear, and it knew that it could be next.
  295.
  296. The extensive coverup led by the neoconservatives and their sayanim partners is another story entirely.
  297.
  298. The rest, as they say, is history.
