- Greetings Citizens of Australia - We are Anonymous.
- Citizens of Australia, sadly we bring to you another serious case of police rape, abuse of power and corruption not only within the New South Wales Police force but also within many other government departments that are meant to serve, help and protect you and I, the citizens of our country and the ones paying these servants to do their jobs to protect us and investigate our claims of abuses when they occur.
- Sadly we bring you the case of Kerrie Hawkins, a Goulburn resident who made a complaint about being assaulted by another female she knew back in 1993 on the 23rd of October, Kerrie had reported being assaulted by another female who had been bullying her for some time, after she had reported this assault her report was just about shrugged off and not taken seriously.
- As time went on and on without charges, Kerrie's persistence brought along her forthcoming charges and a court case with the female who assaulted her, however, from this point Kerrie's life would become a nightmare.
- The police had tricked Kerrie who's English and literacy skills were poor into signing a document withdrawing her assault report after the court case was dragging on, she was not allowed to produce medical evidence of her injuries proving her assault and the whole police prosecution and investigation was bungled.
- Kerrie sought the New South Wales Ombudsman to investigate why she was never given a fair court case from the New South Wales police prosecution and why the police had taken so long to investigate her report and why they had tricked her into signing a withdraw of complaint, as she trusted the police and thought they were helping her.
- Soon after she made an official complaint a police officer who was assigned to her complaint to do the the Coulburn Police Station and it's officers dealing with her report and case, had visited her in person at her home and this police officer took an immediate liking to her and then started to call her and harass her with sexually explicit phone calls and leaving explicit letters in her letter box.
- This former police officer who has since left the police force pursued Kerrie Hawkins as much as he can knowing she was married, but kept on harassing her saying he needed to see her about her police complaint, only to continue with pursuing his desire to have relations with her.
- Kerrie had ceased answering his phone calls to the point that she had to make another complaint about this police officer who was suppose to be investigating the Goulburn Police in relation to their conduct and lack of help with her original assault case.
- This police officer then grew such a desire to have relations with Kerrie that he broke into her home and repeatedly raped her on the same day on the 25th September 1996, 3 years just about after her initial complaint that took so long with regards her assault case from a female member of the public.
- The police officer had scared Kerrie so much that she was in fear of her life and was scared and embarrassed to go back to the Goulburn Police station to make a further complaint as she had developed no trust or hope with the Goulburn Police station who had shown her they were not interested in helping her.
- This alleged police officer who repeatedly raped Kerrie, had then send bullets in her letter box and threatened to kill her should she file a rape complaint, it took Kerrie some time to build up the courage to do so and a separate police department had to warn this police officer to stay away from Mrs Kerrie Hawkins.
- It is now 2014 and this police officer has never been charged for the alleged rapes and because of Kerrie's low level of literacy skills they have taken advantage of her lack of knowledge and lack of power to continually ignore her complaint and protect one of their own.
- Kerrie has much evidence of her ordeal and complaints, however, she battles to get justice and no government department that meant to help the people of Australia, wishes to give her the time, effort or investigation she deserves to have this police officer charged and convicted.
- Kerrie just like any other rape victim wishes to seek her case taken seriously and given the attention it deserves and that she should have received many years ago, Anonymous asks YOU the people to help support Kerrie Hawkins on her Facebook page named, Justice for Kerrie Hawkins and we ask any journalists in New South Wales to take up her story so as to push the New South Wales Ombudsman and other Police departments also members of parliament to demand her rape allegation complaint be fully investigated even though the alleged police officer has since ceased serving as a police officer.
- Please help Kerrie Hawkins receive justice after all these years and sign her petition to have her complaint fully investigated.
- Thank You from Anonymous, acting on behalf of a police rape victim, Mrs Kerrie Hawkins.
