[15:54] <southpawPOWPOW> On Tuesday night my friends and I went to the beach.
[15:55] <southpawPOWPOW> It was just going to be my friend Jordan and I because she has been feeling like shit and both of my other two best friends have been giving her some odd shit lately over things that they have been responsible for.
[15:55] <~jerrod> yeah?
[15:55] <southpawPOWPOW> Unfortunately I didn't have money for gasoline and we needed to grab her debit card from her house where they were partying.
[15:55] <southpawPOWPOW> My friend Alex confronted her, found out we were going to the beach, offered to drive everyone but her and my friend sam and so we all went instead of just us two.
[15:56] <southpawPOWPOW> Took us an hour and a half to drive there.
[15:56] <southpawPOWPOW> Full moon was out and the night was completely dark otherwise.
[15:56] <southpawPOWPOW> We showed up during a moment when it was not raining and we could see some stars but mostly just the clouds hanging low over the ocean ceiling.
[15:57] <~jerrod> ohh
[15:57] <southpawPOWPOW> Some of the rainclouds were dark and ominous and others were light and shiny. They would take turns being prominent and the moon was casting shadows along the ground.
[15:57] <~jerrod> did the hanger ons ruin it?
[15:58] <southpawPOWPOW> Everything was a dark, luminescent blue.
[15:58] <southpawPOWPOW> Ended up that my friend Jordan confronted my friend Spencer (she has had a problem with him since st. patrick's day) and they got in a fight.

[15:59] <southpawPOWPOW> I walked around with this girl Amy who I'm basically trying to convince that I am the coolest cat on the planet.
[15:59] <~jerrod> Haha
[15:59] <southpawPOWPOW> Nothing much happened. Held her hand for a moment before everyone started running for some reason and she wanted to book it and I wanted to book it too but I run faster than her.
[16:00] <southpawPOWPOW> Basically yeah, the other dudes ruined it a bit.
[16:00] <southpawPOWPOW> I had to leave because I had to get my mom's car back home for her to drive in the morning.
[16:00] <southpawPOWPOW> Jordan didn't want to ride in the car with Spencer or Alex.
[16:00] <southpawPOWPOW> So we ended up leaving them there with Sam's care while I drove everyone else home.

[16:01] <southpawPOWPOW> We listened to the first half of In the Aeroplane Over the Sea (singing along of course), and managed to get McDonald's breakfast before I had to drop everyone off.
[16:01] <southpawPOWPOW> I started hallucinating once we got into Portland because I was so tired.
[16:02] <southpawPOWPOW> I thought that a patch of asphalt on the street was a trap door and I saw something try to open it but then it closed shut real quick and I realized it was just part of the street.
