Contract

By signing this document, I, Pirogroth Dolosera, do hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:
- I will serve the Karths and any associates until the end of the mission being undertaken by Lady Annabeth Vermillion Karth and her comrades.
- I am to extend full mercantile services to Lady Anna and her comrades (here-on referred to as 'The Party') until this document expires or is otherwise invalidated.
- In addition to mercantile services (or 'Supporter Services'), I am expected to assist The Party in combat scenarios, using whatever methods I deem necessary without bringing explicit harm to another member of The Party. Assisting in political negotiation, while not required of me, will be appreciated, and may lead to further, presently unspecified benefits.
- I am allowed to charge The Party for my Supporter Services, but must use reasonable prices. Also, I am not allowed to charge a member of The Party for a potion post-consumption.
- In return for my services, I am to be paid no less than 40,000 gold by Lady Alexandra Sapphiros Karth after each 'job' with The Party. This includes the payment originally meant for Runensiel Silverlance for the Shai expedition.
- I am entitled to at least a 10% cut of external income made by the party, and am allowed to negotiate for larger cuts.
- I am allowed to council members of the Party on their finances, and encouraged to haggle with other merchants for better deals for The Party.
- Any unknown treasure discovered by the party is to be appraised by me before further decisions with the treasure is made. Unknown refers to objects that are magical in nature whose properties are not obvious, or items of comparable high value such as jewelery.
