Error Correction
I was very boring bored because I was a child.
	(“bored” is the feeling, “boring” is what causes it)
That’s the story of how was my first trip to Japan was.
	(Noun clauses have statement word order, even though they include question words.)
My mother told me not to drink or smoke, but I didn’t hear listen.
	(Sometimes “listen” means “hear, understand, and obey”.)
I like New York because there have are many things to do.
	(“Have” means one thing possesses another. If I only want to say something exists, I use there + [be].)
	In New York there are many interesting things.
	New York has many interesting things.
