NoahExploitz Rules - 3/20/18

(1): Freedom of Speech is tolerated and encourged on all of our Discord servers. Moderators do not care (and will not act) on any message that does not cause harm to another person's computer or is not spam.
(2): Don't raid any servers here. It causes a mess that we do not want to deal with.
(3): Don't advertise your own server here.
(4): No self-bots are allowed for any reason.
(6): Moderators have the ability to moderate as they please.
(7): Use common sense. I would appreciate if you're using common sense.
(8): The #bots chat channel is only for only bot commands. Anything other then that will get you a ban.
