  1. How to get Amazon refund.

  3. Method:
  4. Step 1: Order whatever you want from Amazon. Pay for it.
  5. Step 2: Wait until it arrives.
  6. Step 3: Wait some more. (Wait 2-3 days after you get the item)
  7. Step 4: Download google voice on your iPhone or Android. Sign up and make a phone number with your area code.
  8. Step 5: Call Amazon Support. Connect to an agent.
  9. Step 6: When you're talking to a live agent. Sound a little aggravated or sad as if something went wrong with your package and you didn't like Amazons service. (Don't sound too mean or angry, they'll hang up)
  10. Step 7: This is where you have to get a little creative. You have to make up a story about how your package was never received or how you never signed for the package. I have used these excuses and have found success a few times:
  11. - Amazon site said the package was delivered but when I got home from College, there was nothing in my mailbox or front porch.
  12. - I never received the package. I opened the door when Amazon notified my package arrived, I checked around my house and called up my neighbor to confirm, nothing showed up.
  13. - Itโ€™s my nieces birthday and I ordered X for her and it said on amazon that my package was delivered a few days ago but I contacted the shipping company and they told me to contact you guys for more help!

  15. You can use these if you want, but it's better if you can come up with a version more tailored to you. Basic idea of the system is saying you didn't receive the package, add your own story to it.

  17. After talking to a rep, (phone is faster and better than chat support) they will say they are sorry and they will offer you 2 options, a refund or a replacement.

  19. You can choose to refund back to your card or Amazon gift card balance or ask for a replacement which will get you 2 of the same items for $0 :)
  20. - the more questions you ask them, to make it sound like your confused why "you package never arrived" the better. They will be more inclined to help you if you seem like your nice but dissatisfied with the Amazon

  22. Tip: You can do both at the same time. Go on Amazon live support at the same time while you're calling Amazon. On live support say use one of the excuses above, say you would like a replacement if possible. On the phone, say you want a refund.
  23. - This will give you 2 free items and all of your money back. (Double items only works if the item is sold and shipped by Amazon)

  25. WARNING: THIS ONLY WORKS ON ITEMS THAT HAVE AMAZON PRIME AND IS NOT ALWAYS GUARANTEED TO WORK. IF IT DOESNT WORK, SIMPLY RETURN THE ITEM TO AMAZON IF YOU DONT WANT IT, YOULL GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

  27. Errors: On occasion, after you use the above method, Amazon will say they need 3 days to investigate this issue and see what happened. This is not a case to be alarmed, just call back in 3 days and ask if the investigation about your product was resolved and ask them what are your options. They will simply say the investigation is resolved and will offer you a replacement or refund.

  29. In the case this method does not work for you, you wonโ€™t lose any money. You can simply return the item for your money back but this method is 95% successful
