[21:28] She put the sterilized tool away and sighed. "You're right, Britta. I'm sorry. I'm sorry, Reito. I just... don't forget some things." She closed the drawer and went into the next room to see what this patient might need.

[21:28] She tested the new limb slowly, moving the leg to and fro experimentally. Eventually she'd walk normally.

[21:29] Kelliev led Dhyne into the clinic, directing her to the bed and having her lie down on her front - the girl imagined that any kind of pressure on where wings once were would be awful.

"I..." It was awful to look at. Kelliev had no clue where to proceed, immediately moving to crack a bright green crystal over the woman, to act as a painkiller.

She probably needed it.

"Uh, yes, she's hurt and needs healing, I... Don't know what's wrong, help please..."

[21:32] Unfortunately, the crystal would have the exact opposite effect.

Due to the nature of the damage upon her back, the way that those wings had been violently ripped from her spine, severe injury had been inflicted upon her mana circuits. The sudden influx of alien energy, trying to course through those damaged pathways, caused a sudden, renewed influx of sheer pain as she cried out, back arching, writhing. The bleeding increased with renewed vigour, her hands digging into the sheets below as they curled into fists.

[21:33] Reito asks, "Are you feeling any better, Lady Satsuki?"
[21:34] Satsuki Shimasu says, "In some ways, yes- about as well as I could, all things considered."
[21:34] Jesse shuffles over. He looks horrible. Like he's been crying. Probably because he has -- and as soon as he see's Reito he starts up again. Without warning, he latches to her in a tight hug, pulling her close!

[21:35] The Kitsune nodded slowly, still concerned over Satsuki,

"Is the poison all gone?" she inquired. However a red haired mage came up behind her, just then, pulling her into a sudden hug, which leaves a startled look on Reito's face before she realized who it was. She turned slightly towards him, offering a smile. It was forced.

"Are you okay?" she asked.

[21:37] Tsu rushed to the bed, holding her hand out over Dhyne, palms down. She closed her eyes and cleared her mind as she focused on a deep breath. As she let it out in a relaxed sigh, her whole body glowed with holy energy. The glow descended from her palms down ont Dhyne's body, wrapping it with calming healing holy energy. She hoped it helped.

Regardless, the little silver fox opened her eyes and went to the shelves. She took down a jar of anesthesia and a picked a needle and syringe out of the drawer. She quickly filled it, stabbed it into Dhyne's arm, and emptied the syringe into her. The medicine should take effect in seconds, numbing her body.

[21:39] The older Kitsune nodded slowly, opening her mouth with the intent to say something - but then Jesse barged right into this, and so she crossed her arms and opted to stay quiet for now. Noticeably, at least, she didn't need the aid of a cane or an attendant to walk anymore.

[21:39] Tsu sighed and shook her head, "Not again. Wake her up. We can't risk her going into shock." Tsu inspected the wounds on Dhyne's back, her eyes widening. "Oh.... Oh my."

[21:40] Jesse did not give Reito a chance to look at him.

He simply is clutching onto her, pretty much welding himself to her forcibly.

"...You got hurt." He mutters. "I was scared."

[21:44] She was clutched, unable to much move at the moment. When he said she got hurt, she sighed and continued gazing at Satsuki, who had opted to remain quiet. The fact Jesse was this scared over her being hurt both warmed her heart and also made her concern about his ability to ever handle her fighting ever again, Jiuweihu help them both.

Whew boy.

"Yeah but... I'm kind of better now," she said, "They gave me a new leg, so it's okay. You don't need to be scared," she said. Another smile, words spoken with less conviction than before, "Jiuweihu is watching over me, you know?"

[21:46] Kelliev had no idea how to suddenly wake up Dhyne, stepping back, eyes wide with horror at the entire situation. "What do you mean just wake her up, isn't this better so she can't feel anything you're doing?"

She only had the most basic of knowledge related to medical care, what she'd heard about, which sometimes involved giving patients drugs to render them unconscious for a long term operation.

"I, my last crystal just hurt her, uhh…" Kelliev was absolutely no help here."

[21:53] Reito looked around at everyone; to Satsuki, Mikiko, to Anise. Then she looked at Jesse's hand. She took it, but she stayed where she was, looking back to Satsuki since after all she was still concerned over the Chancellor's health.

"So... The poison?" she asked again expectantly. If Satsuki thought she was going to get off easy because of Jesse's arrival she had another thing coming!

[21:55] Mikiko's eyes went from a wide view to a sharpened straight one. Shaking her head in disappointment and disgust at what she saw. Hand holding, the grevious sin that all Kitsune should avoid, but here it was, right in front of her very eyes. How could she?

She sighed slightly, half-lidded eyes wandering off to the side before actually giving a proper answer to the question: "The poison is gone, yes," she said simply. "Yet uncurable problems remain. They are not a concern. By all means, do not... let me keep you from doing whatever it is you two do."

[22:00] Mikiko continued to stare and squint at the heinous sight of the hand holding. Finally prying her eyes away and making a mental note to avoid the two in public, she turned her sight to the horrible image of Dhyne suffering from a surgery that should've been avoided. However, she didn't dare step foot into that room, only watch from the open holes.

She did promise to care for them, anyway. So as she watched, she made sure to examine what the doctors were doing with her wingless state. Praying, hoping that the drak would be okay when it came closer to the end of the surgery commencing.

[22:01] The Kitsune nodded a few times, towards Anise, as well as a smile. She appreciated the concern from... Naturally everyone, and now her attention was back on Satsuki.

"Well," she began, though she really didn't know what to say; but overall the older Kitsune looked better than she had at least, "I'm glad the poison is gone... I'm sorry for the uncurable problems. I wish I could help but..." she trailed off. She couldn't even help herself, it seemed. She offered a final smile towards Satsuki, despite the obvious frustration that the woman felt at her simply caring too much for a mentor, "Enjoy your evening, okay?" she prompted, before nodding to Jesse. They were good to leave now, it seemed. Mikiko's glare and squinting wasn't noticed.

[22:02] Satsuki Shimasu says, "Ah- there are things we should discuss sometime, by the way."
[22:03] Reito exclaims, "Of course!"
[22:03] Reito says, "Most definitely, I think there are..."
[22:03] Tsu shrugged and said, "If you think this is better, sure. I guess you are some kind of doctor, yeah?"

She giggled softly and moved to gather a few tools out of the cabinets. A scalpel, forcepts, gauze and some antiseptic solution.

Tsu leaned over Dhyne and cleaned her wounds with the gauze and solution, then used the scalpel to cut the jagged tears open a little wider. She used a sponge forcep with gauze to clean out inside the wound, dabbing some of the blood away so that she could see clearly. She then used hemostats to work on the mana circuits inside. Pulling them back together and channeling holy energy through her own body and mana through the tool. This stimulated reconnection of the circuits and growth in the wound.

After about an hour and a half of working in both wounds, she moved on to sowing her up with needle and thread. She used a criss-cross pattern and pulled her closed, then tied the mythril threads off. Tsu cleaned her wounds with solution one more time, then dressed it with thick canvas bandage. She would get help lifting Dhyne up so that she could wrap her torso to keep the wounds covered.

Once that was finished, she laid her hands on Dhyne's back over the wounds and said a little blessing, channeling more warm soothing energy into her.

"You're going to need to rest for a couple of weeks while you heal. It will take a little time for everything to knit back together, but then you should be fine. You'll sprout wings just like new, or my name's not Tsu!"

[22:03] Reito asks, "I'll speak with Jesse then I can meet you at the Shrine, if you want, Satsuki?"
[22:04] Satsuki Shimasu says, "I will... likely be retiring for the night. Now is not the time. By all means, take as much time as you need."
[22:05] Reito asks, "Alright! Well have a good night, yes?"
[22:05] Jesse hums softly.

The shadow in the corner of his eye was doing pelvic thrusts. He know that if he even so much as glances at is - it'll come to him in the night instead. He stares a hole into one the floorboards.

[22:09] Cheska Toryia asks, "Oh, right. Reito - how's the leg?"
[22:09] Reito says, "It's... New. It's definitely different."
[22:09] Reito says, "It'll take some time getting used to, I think."
[22:09] Cheska Toryia says, "Well, if you need any practice kicking butts. That kid I captured is definitely the one who took your stuff."
[22:10] Reito says, "...."
[22:10] Dhyne stirred only somewhat as the surgery commenced, whines and groans of pain muted only somewhat by the medication that was coursing through her body. Having a limb ripped from your body in a bestial, barbaric manner was traumatizing, regardless of whether or not the limbs themselves were real.

The pain was real. The feeling of them being torn from her spine was real. The damage to her mana circuits was definitely real, though her mind lacked the clarity to even think about any of this.

It was a sorry sight, her back covered in blisters and burns, surface cuts from where her flesh had melded to the wings. Thankfully the flesh damage was relatively minor, able to be cleaned and treated with minimal effort. The wounds to her mana circuits however would take much more care, considering how severe they were. All the while the drakanite would squirm, crying out softly.

It all just hurt so much...

Eventually, she would give out once again, barely conscious, but lacking the energy to do anything even as the surgery came to a finish. Her eyes stared blankly to the side, lips parted, breathing ragged.

[22:10] Jesse Hawke says, "I heard you were hurt, Reito."
[22:10] Cheska Toryia says, "Tried to pay me to let her go free. But I wanted her to at least apologize to you - now it's in Shen's hands."
[22:11] She gasped lightly.

"Make sure that Shen or Hall know," she said, nodding slowly, "So they can know for any decisions they make," she turned to Jesse now, "Thank you by the way Cheska - see? You did manage to help me after all!"

[22:12] Mikiko has no words for the horrible images that she saw. Only squints and endless glares.

[22:12] Tsu sighed and washed her hands. She sterilized her tools and put them away. "She can sleep here, or I can help you get her home. Up to you."

[22:13] Cheska Toryia says, "Now if you excuse me... I think my friend was hurt."
[22:13] Mikiko still looks at the holding of the hands.
