So like I mentioned in the midweek channel, I’m reaching out to everyone to get their thoughts and opinions on a variety of things.  Before I get to the more targeted questions, is there anything you want to get off your chest about the team, the raid, the people, the game, anything? We've already spent time talking about your own play, so we don't need to rehash that; looking for your feelings on the raid environment and any interpersonal stuff

I think the overall performance of the team has been collectively bad. We have some players that always perform well (Jesir for example) who seem to be outliers at this point. I think that the "raid logging" mentality has been very high lately and i'm assuming that people are burnt out on this tier already. I can see that in the level of sign ups for sales as well as the amount of players that have been online doing things outside of raid time (including myself) over the past few weeks. There's been audible frustration points, especially during the SLG rekills.

Yeah that’s something that been pointed out by a few people, the lack of interest seems to have bit sooner and harder than in the past

I think you have a good perspective by mentioning sales and participation, and I've been wracking my brain trying to figure out ways to help with those things

Honestly...I've been more stressed about the team overall and where my place is going to end up

I think one of the things that you need to work on is that fact, it is SUPER obvious the second you start to get stressed because of a mistake or few
Which is something that I've been trying to work on for a long time, and is a hard thing to do

working from home has helped since i can walk away
