The difference from slowest to fastest isn't big, so this is more for IL grinding.

*Ring of steel:* After plenty of testing, I'm 99% sure no dialogues from before the tank wall matter. But there's still that 1% chance of something there mattering... As of now, I've only timed the ending lines.

*Eviction:* I'm 100% sure of what dialogues matter on this one, but reznov tends to be slower on the metro part on specific languages (german included, german fanboys). This doens't necessarily mean you can't get the best rng possible on italian, just that it is harder.

*Downfall:* I'm also convinced this one is right, but for convenience its good to mention I didn't use in-game footage to time the diary line, instead I took the audio directly from the game files, therefore it is possible i missed details that only happen in-game due to mission scripts. The only two things that matter are the diary lines (merciless route always the best one) and a second long line of reznov asking the army to open a door from the second balcony of the reichtag.
