Mods: Rouge

1. Under no circumstance is any mod to take any action based on personal distaste. No one will be banned or dealt with over something personal. If someone is annoying or upsetting you, talk to them but as a user, not a mod. Mod action is only to be taken if someone has broken the rules.


2. Being a mod doesn’t put you above other users, you will be subject to the same rules as they are. You are enforcers of those rules, not exempt from them.


3. Be friendly, helpful and considerate. Simple enough to fulfill this role, people may have questions or need some help, it is our job to facilitate that. Be welcoming, friendly, etc.


4. Must be able to join the mod chat. (This will either be skype or Discord based, depending on preference.)


5. If you’re unhappy with how things are or dislike a decision, talk to the room owner to air it out. If you no longer wish to be a mod, you can step down and return to the room as a normal user. The team must be able to cooperate in a friendly manner to best manage the room.
