Do not close this ticket.  The problem is not between the DSLAM and the customer.  The problem is on the ATM backhaul network that you provide between the DSLAM and Hurricane Electric (the wholesale IP provider).

This has taken down ALL of my DSL clients.

Someone in the NOC that is capable of working on ATM Virtual Circuits MUST look at this.

Please have someone in the NOC look at the following:

The time that this ATM T3 backhaul was shutdown suggests that it was a premature shutdown driven by some automated process on your side.  This like should NOT be shut down for another two week. PLEASE FIX THIS.
