Due to the difficulty we have had in arranging our guarantors (namely the fact that we were given 48 hours to produce an large amount of documentation such as property ownership documents and insert more here which our guranantors were uncomfortable with) , and the discrepancies that are present in the contract such as (insert examples here) we would respectfully like to ask for the return of our holding fee etc etc
