Charles Townsend sends the Angels to investigate a series of murders following the theft of information from the government's witness protection program, and they find it the work of Madison Lee, a former member of Townsend's investigative service who holds a lethal grudge against the Angels. When the Angels barely escape the guns of Madison they must set a trap by setting up an FBI sting during a movie premiere, a setup that smokes out Madison.
The Angels--Natalie, Dylan, and Alex are back again but this time they're preparing for a strike without even warning as they go undercover to retrieve two missing silver bands. These are no ordinary rings. They contain valuable encrypted information that reveal the new identities of every person in the Federal Witness Protection Program. When witnesses start turning up dead, only the Angels, using their expertise as masters of disguise, espionage and martial arts can stop the perpetrator, a mysterious "fallen" Angel. Aided by their trusty colleague, Jimmy Bosley, the Angels' adventure begins at a remote Mongolian outpost and ends only after Dylan is forced to face a dark secret from her past--a secret that puts the lives of her two best friends in danger.
I went in expecting it to be not that great because of reviews. Boy was I wrong. I was entertained the whole time. The soundtrack rocked, Drew, Cameron, and Lucy were really funny, and this time the plot was a lot better. I didn't especially like the first one, but this one was soooooo good. Also, this time, one of the villians was gorgeous (Seamus O'Grady)...So if you like laughing see this. Oh yeah, plus two words...LUKE WILSON :)
If I tried to give my honest opinion on this film, I would not be able to because there are simply not enough negative adjectives in the English language.  It is a completely plotless and pointless waste of time and money.  The actors act, but they do it like children, and the script they've been given is infinitely predictable and entirely unfunny.  There is no evidence of a storyline that has been thought about for longer than it takes to say "pile of sh*t".  I drove 15 miles and paid 4 quid to experience this, the most unbelievably pathetic cacophany of unrealism and stupidity my senses have ever been tormented by.  Unless you are a 12-year-old male and have never seen a woman before, avoid this "movie" at all costs - YOU WILL DEFINITELY BE DISAPPOINTED.
As insistent as it is skillful -- and it is very skillful -- it does all it can to pound you into enjoying yourself. The result is rather like being force-fed a meal of your favorite foods by the Terminator.
In order to achieve a PG-13-rating for the theatrical release, some cuts had to be made. On DVD, one can also find the unrated cut with all censorship being removed. Most of the missing scenes have been cut because of sexual and violent content and some scenes have been replaced.  a5c7b9f00b
