  1. Article I
  2. 1. Life being the most fundamental right known to mankind, no man shall be deprived of life or the conditions which permit the productive enjoyment of life.
  3. 2. Equally, no man shall be denied the use of their sacred faculty of free will or be denied the total freedom of conscience.
  4. 3. Nothing in this article shall preclude the use of coercive force in the prevention of insurrection or the protection of general welfare.

  6. Article II
  7. 1. Liberty being the basis on which republican government rests, no citizen (previously man, amended by Eighteenth Amendment) shall be deprived of liberty without due process of law.
  8. 2. Equally, no man shall be imprisoned or detained without lawful order or state of exception. No such order may be made without the authorisation of the competent judicial authorities.
  9. 3. No man shall be detained for upwards of seventy-two hours without effective means to challenge the condition of their imprisonment.

  11. Article III
  12. 1. The free exchange of ideas being the cornerstone of human society, no man shall be denied the freedom of speech and public expression.
  13. 2. Likewise, the institutions of the press which magnify the voices of the people may not be suppressed or censored.
  14. 3. Nothing in this article shall preclude lawful limitations on criminal or hostile speech that pollutes the civilised exchange of ideas.

  16. Article IV
  17. 1. Individual agency being the factor which separates free men from slaves, no man shall be denied the peaceful enjoyment of property or labour.
  18. 2. Likewise, no man shall be subject to expropriation or requisition in peacetime without due process of law.
  19. 3. Accordingly, the state shall provide the means necessary for all men to reach such a state of unqualified individual freedom.

  21. Article V
  22. 1. Aristocracy and unearned privilege being malignant tumours upon all civilised nations, no man shall be denied the equal protection of the laws.
  23. 2. Accordingly, no man shall be held in a condition of slavery or undignified servitude.
  24. 3. Equally, no man born on the soil or in the waters of Republic shall be denied the full and unabridged citizenship thereof.

  26. Article VI
  27. 1. No citizen (previously man, amended by Eighteenth Amendment) shall in peacetime be denied mobility throughout the territorial extent of the Republic.
