- From your description, if you are not encountering this issue while using other connections, we have to conclude that this is related to something within your usual home network.
- Please note, issues like this can occur without anything being changed on your router. Over time, changes to how the website is configured may need making by our teams to ensure they continue working correctly. In most cases, systems/networks should continue connecting to the site correctly, but occasionally, configuration issues may result in problems, such as those you are encountering now. This is why we provide the connectivity steps I included in my previous message, as those steps can be used at any time to ensure your system/network are correctly configured to connect to us.
- With this in mind, while I can appreciate that you have tried some of the steps I previously provided, the remaining as-yet-untested steps should have a positive impact on this issue, by ensuring your home router is configured correctly to allow your system to communicate with our websites/services.
- As such, I would strongly recommend that you try those steps. There should be instructions within the articles to help you perform them. I would also suggest that you may want to speak with the other people who share the connection, to find a convenient time for you to make those changes and reboot the router, in order to test this further.
- If you're unable to do that yourself, I'm afraid we're going to be extremely limited in what we can do to help. As we have established that this issue only seems to exist within your home network, this is not something we're going to be able to assist with from our end, as it seems you will need to ensure your router is not affecting your ability to connect correctly to the website.
- For this reason, if you're not able to follow those steps yourself, you may need to consider contacting an independent IT professional who can help you with performing those steps.
- I realise that this isn't the response you were wanting to hear but I hope it helps to explain the situation and clears up any confusion.
- If you should need any help with any other issue, please feel free to visit our Online Support Centre and we will be happy to help.
