- I will say that both strategies have a lot of personality to them, making use of the respective user's stand in a way that I just wish we had a lot more of. I cracked up at gambits from both strategies, and while I'm honestly unsure which competitor would end the night with more money, and both play a reasonable combination of high and low-stakes games, I'll be focusing more on the creativity aspects of the quality vote in my rulings. Both characters make use of their stands to cheat in an enjoyable way, as well as screwing with their opponent. Calling prostitutes, banging tables, relying on humankind's natural love of schadenfreude? This was a serious pick-me-up after the traditionally stressful match 3. Neither of these strategies is flawless, but I'd say Crowbar has 50/50 odds of straight-up robbing his way to victory or getting busted and thrown out, while SAM's cheats are subtler and he's pretty good at just playing the game straight. All in all, I give Crowbar a 7/10 and Blue a 7/10 since, again, while Crowbar is either going big or getting arrested, I don't see much going wrong with SAM's strat, meaning they equal out in likelihood to me.

- Quality this time around was a complete toss-up. Both strategies were about 50-50 with things that I absolutely loved, and things that I don't think really have a chance. I'll start with the Good Vibrations strategy to illustrate. Firstly, the good, and in this case it is a very strong part of the strategy: using RFID spoofing on the chips while playing slots is straight-up genius. It's a great way to both get a massive advantage in terms of money-making and to also keep under the casino's security; a man sitting at a machine and tossing in $100 to get back $50 is exactly what the casino wants to happen, which means the fact Crowbar is exploiting the rigging to get back $50 for every $1 he puts in to slots is ingenious. This is easily the strongest part of his strat, and on its own, if it was focused on, I can see it easily being the best money-making scheme in the match by a wide margin. Where the Good Vibration's start falters, in this case, is pretty much everything else. The escort service, while a cute idea, is at least in my opinion a very unlikely plan to happen and work. Similarly, Video Poker machines only tend to accept Bills or the printout-tickets that they accept, which is harder to scam when you're limited only to radio waves, and even if it were easier, it still wasn't be brought up as a factor in the strategy. Also, the method used to find a rich person who's credit card he could steal from is not done extremely well; if it were slightly better decided how the start determines a rich person from the average goer, it would be ingenious, but it doesn't have the foresight to realize that the people with the most money, are probably not gambling on the floor. Overall the start only really has one good scam, but boy howdy, the RFID spoofing on the slots is an incredibly good scam. 8 Quality points for me.
- For Blue Monday's strat, I'm of a similar opinion, that it only really has one scam that works out, which is roulette. Using Secret Agent Man to stop the ball if a fairly simple scam, but I still think it would be effective. The bad part, however, is that Jaded Justice's plan to reduce suspicion, which is to bet small amounts on small payouts and letting chance decide, is actually pretty likely to draw suspicion instead of reduce it. Someone losing low-stakes games but winning high-stakes ones is something that could tip off the guards to something fishy going on. I don't think it's enough to get kicked out, but it's certainly a knock against the strat. Also, I don't really believe the poke deck-stacking plan. I don't really believe that the distractions would keep everyone pre-occupied enough to effectively let Secret Agent Man stack the deck. In the end, the strategy for making money just isn't all the way there. However, Jaded Justice provides a very interesting secondary strategy; trying to get Crowbar kicked out of the casino for bad behavior. This is a very fun and interesting idea, and it's done pretty well. The sabotage strategy, the way I see it, has about a 50% chance to work, which is very good. However, unfortunately, if it doesn't the strategy doesn't really work. All in all, I give Blue Justice's strategy a 6 for Quality. A lot of room to improve in this strategy, with a few good ideas but a lacking main thrust.

- When a strategy makes me research a new topic and learn a few new things I’d say it’s a pretty good strat. It’s very rarely that I get to say this about a strat but yes… It does work that way. Spoofing the RFID tags in the Chips is a brilliant move. Cashing out at that point is a joke. Turning a $1 chip into a $50 is kinda the whole point, and doing so in a way that is almost untrackable until well after the match is over at that… Bravo. Though the rest of the strat is… frankly overly complicated and fluff. I mean yeah the trick with the ATM is cute but I don’t see it working sense you’d have to get the extra money away from the guy as he pulls it out… And the seduction plan is just straight up silly. Though none of this matters cus of the killer Chip Spoofing Tech. Solid, Solid Solid. **9/10 for quality, Bravo
- As a man who loves him some Roulette, I gatta say this strat is kinda great. Using a tiny invisible man to push balls into the right spot for big payouts is pretty smart. Plus with the giant multipliers that roulet brings out it’s not hard to believe that this plan will bring in a lot of cash. The poker strategy is a bit… less foolproof. Beyond the bells and whistles of skill and manipulation, Poker is a game of chance. If you get a bad hand you get a bad hand. Knowing your opponent has a Royal Flush doesn't change the fact that they do. While this makes sure Blue probably won’t be losing all that much money, it doesn't mean he’ll be getting all that much either, especially when the game is rigged against him. Though the plan to go for purely analog games to prevent any interference was well thought out. **6/10 For Quality**
