**[Desktop App]** - **Where can I get the desktop application?**

**[Not Loading]** - **Teamcraft isn't loading for me, what should I do?**

 :bd: This usually comes from:
    :rd: Ad blocking extensions that you can safely disable (Teamcraft has no ads at all, but ad blockers sometimes block some of our code for some reason).
    :rd: An antivirus such as Kaspersky, known to block Firestore, the database system we are using. See pins in #troubleshooting  to whitelist Firestore inside Kaspersky.
    :rd: Some versions of NordVPN are known to break WebSocket connections, causing the app not to load at all.

**[Bugs]** - **I think I found a bug, how do I report it?**

 :bd: To report a bug, go to #troubleshooting  and provide the following information:
    :rd: Short description of the bug
    :rd: How can one reproduce the bug
    :rd: Platform (browser or desktop, if browser, specify the browser used)
    :rd: Content of the console (F12 or Ctrl+Shift+i - also Settings page, has a button to open the console on the desktop platform)

**[Features]** - **I have an idea of a feature I would like, how can I suggest it?**

 :bd: Go to the #features channel and provide a detailed description of:
   :rd: What you would like to add?
   :rd: What would be the benefit for the users?
   :rd: What problem would this solve?

**[Shortcut] - Teamcraft didn't create a shortcut how do I get one?**

:bd: Press WIN+R and type ``%localappdata%/ffxiv-teamcraft`` and right-click the EXE and click Create Shortcut. Drag it to your desktop and voila.

**[Inventory] -Teamcraft won't read my inventory at all.**

 :bd: Check the pins in #troubleshooting and follow those steps to the word.

**[Inventory] - Teamcraft keeps messing up my inventory when using packet capture.**

 :bd: Packets aren't perfect. Sometimes things slip through the cracks.
   :rd: Go to your inventory in Teamcraft and delete everything and resync it.

**[Map Alarms] - Teamcraft keeps showing the wrong maps for some of my alarms!**

 :bd: Try deleting the alarm and recreating it.
   :rd: Sometimes when data gets changed, old alarms break and need to be recreated to reflect changes.

**[GarlandTools] - Teamcraft won't let me import a list a from GarlandTools. I keep importing the share link, but it won't work.**

 :bd: You need to click the group itself and then your URL changes in the address bar. Import that URL into TC, and everything should be good to go.
