- Artifact III Judgment: Conarnarnarnar(Cirno)
- To start us off I really like the player options, especially the explanations behind them.
- The first half of the stage is fairly straightforward. The fairies with orbiting shields of ying yang orbs are interesting, I guess.
- The midboss fight with Tewi is another two variations of her usual curving pattern from the photoshooters (this is a term now) but it's fairly fun to play through. The dialogue is also hilarious.
- The second half is more of the same but with different patterns. Are these fairies forcing ying yang orbs (AND EACH OTHER) to protect them or something?
- The dialogue with Cirno is amusing due to how brief and matter-of-fact she's being. Anyway, off to the boss!
- Nonspell 1: This is certainly Cirno like, but adds wall bouncing which is honestly enough to show that she's using the stopwatch. A bit on the easy side compared to the stage but I like it.
- Spell 1: A bit of a stretch in plenty of ways, but I like it. Fast paced dodging/streaming. The spears miiiiiight be borderline too fast for a first-time player but I find them acceptable.
- Nonspell 2: More of the same Cirno theme with a bit of variation. The fact that only the white bullets bounce makes it a lot less scary than it could've been. Otherwise fairly bland.
- Spell 2: That pun makes me want to kill you <3. As for the spell itself, neat. I think it can be more interesting than just spam, though. There's a lot of wasted potential. Here I just noticed the clock concentration effect, cool. It would be amusing if the clocks stopped the player too.
- Nonspell 3: This last non is fine like the others. Would be more interesting if the waves overlapping, forcing you away from gaps where there are already white walls.
- Spell 3: The constant timestop is kinda jarring, but it helps dodge through the pattern in a way similar to Youmu slowing time. The pattern looks neat and presents interesting ways to dodge, so I like this one a lot.
- Nonspell 4: Same old, same old. Not bad but not very interesting like the above three. Even the bubbles bouncing would make it more intriguing.
- Spell 4: Curious. Very curious. The freezing of player shots can truly make the freeze 'perfect', I guess. Random all around like Perfect Freeze was in the original game, but the freezing of Sakuya's knives makes it more interesting. I think this may by far be the easiest spellcard but that doesn't detract from the fun aspects!
- Overall, the script is rather clever and has some cool ideas. However, the danmaku just feels rather bland. Maybe it's all the blue. This earns a solid 7 and a quarter. Use the quarter to go buy a soda or someth- wait, it's 2015.
