Pizza time

>Work as a delivery driver at a local pizza shop.
>Boss is usually a pain in the ass but the the pay is decent.
>Been extremely busy lately since a lot of the other delivery drivers quit without any warning.
>They go out and don't come back without even bothering to drop off the pizza at the customers houses.
> Of course this caused your boss to become more pissed off than usual because he had to spend more money remaking the pizzas .
>Even one of your best friends, Ben, left yesterday without a word.
>You sent him a text asking what's up but he never answered.
>Hell you even stopped by his house after work but he wasn't home, or least pretended to be.
>So you can imagine your shock when your phone vibrates on the job and see a message from him.
>You quickly read the message before your boss can see you not working.
>"Sorry about randomly leaving yesterday, but I'll explain the reason why in person."
>You frown a bit and reply "Why not tell me now?"
>"Then you wouldn't believe me"
>You sign and ask "Where do you want to meet up?"
>"You'll find out soon"
>Well that wasn't helpful at all.
> Before you could demand a answer your boss calls out your name .
>You quickly put your phone away before seeing what he wants.
>He's hands you a piece of paper with several addresses on it along with their respective orders. All of them already pre-paid.
>You load up the food into your car and your boss tells you.
>" If you plan to ditch this place like the rest, at least deliver the pizzas first."
>You only give a small nod before getting into your car and driving away.
>The first few houses were nearby thankfully so you were able to drop off the food fairly quickly.
>The tips they gave you were pretty good too.
>You drove around town delivering a few more pizzas until you had one stop left.
>You quickly read the address and to your surprise the street name is unfamiliar
>Thank god for google maps
>You type in the location and see that it's on the outskirts of town
>Is it even in the delivery range ?
>You follow the directions given by the map and end up at a run down apartment complex.
>You remember this place on the news
>Apparently one of the richer people in the city was funding the construction, but got caught for money laundering.
>They stopped building the apartment when it was almost finished and the town didn't want to spend the money to take it down so it stayed up.
>Why the hell would someone order pizza here?
>You have a very strong feeling you were going to get mugged.
>Wait a second...
>Is this where your friend wanted to meet you?
>You shoot him a text but don't get a response back.
>Well there's only one way to find out.
>Pizza in hand you slowly make your way inside
>You walk around trying to find the room number written down.
>You swear you can see a few people walking past some of the windows.
>You could even hear some people talking in the distance
>You start walking a bit faster so you could gtfo
>You finally find the correct door a few minutes later and knock on it.
>As soon as your fist makes contact onto the door it creaks open
>At this point you were considering leaving the pizza on the door step and running for your life.
>instead you walk inside like a white man in a horror movie
>The room was pretty much empty except for a few chairs and a fold-able table with a platter of cookies on them
>Maybe a squatter was liking here or something
>As your setting the pizza on the table you can hear the door slam shut behind you.
>You turn around to see a large reptilian figure with a menacing grin on his face blocking the exit
>Though there isn't that much light inside you can clearly see that it isn't human
>For one it's scales looked way too real to be plastic
>It slowly starts walking towards you as you start trying to spot an escape
>It suddenly dropped it's angry look before laughing and saying " Oh you should see the look on your face right now"
>You can only stare at him with  dumbfounded expression
>You thought he was going to kill you but now he's laughing
>You kinda wish it was a simple mugging now
>The creature finally stops laughing before saying " You really don't recognize me? It's me Ben."
>Last time you saw Ben he wasn't a 8ft reptile
>You stare at him in disbelief before he sighs and says" Anon you snuck into my house at 3 am so you can scare me while also stealing all the shredded cheese in my fridge."
>Yeah that's definitely him alright
>Ben is the only one you've done that to and knows about it
>He motions for you to sit down
>You grab a chair and sensing a story incoming you take a cookie from the platter
>He explains to you what happened after he left the pizza shop
>It's the same story as you going to a shady part of town
>Though they got him at a different building and not their main hideout
>But he left out one part of the story
"So how did they transform you into a creep?"
>Your friend gives the equivalent of a reptilian sly smile and answers " It's something they put inside the cookies"
>You look at the half eaten cookie in your hand and you feel a pang of pain in your stomach
>Before you can move Ben gets up and kisses you on the lips, his slimy tongue reaching all the way to the back of your throat
>He backs off and you start coughing as he explains it was for the pain
>You start coughing from the sudden kiss and notice something is off
>Your skin color slowly starts getting darker as it undeniably turns into purple scales
>You glance at your friend as your jaw starts extending
>He chuckles and says" You're coming along nicely so far."
>You got so distracted with the weird feeling of your skull changing that you didn't even notice a tail growing until it rips open your pants
>Your shoes follow suit and burst open to reveal your new raptor like feet
>You stand there for a bit exhausted and your friend tosses you a new set of clothing
>"How about after you finish changing we get a new crew member and have some some" he finishes saying as he starts calling a familiar pizza shop
