  1. By using the Remote-Control (RC) features, you can remote control your iPhone to execute many advanced commands, like: take photo secretely, track current location, hide personal info, play alarm sound, reboot or power off ...

  3. In order to support all of the RC functions working well, please check and ensure these matters:

  5. iTracker was installed and activated to the professional version (free version does not support Remote-control), was configured correctly (refered to the User Manual), all necessary switchs have been turned on.
  6. If you turned the RC switch to Auto, you need to replace your registered SIM card with a new unregistered SIM card, and wait for more than 5 mins before test.
  7. Ensure you there is no any 3rd-part SMS app installed on your iPhone e.g. biteSMS, RealSMS, because this kind of app will intercept every incoming message, include RC SMS.

  10. How to Remote Control

  12. Use another mobile phone, compose a SMS with correct RC format and send it to your iPhone.

  14. If your iPhone was stolen, you would receive the notification SMS which was sent by iTracker automatically, so you would know the phone number of the thief, then you shall send RC SMS to the thief's phone number.
