I sorted referring domains at ahrefs and disavowed all with DR less than 10. I just sleep better now even if it won't change anything.
Ask the seller to remove them, or disavow them.

Let me ask something different. I bought a lot of edu blog comment links (DA 70+ but so spammy. They're 1000+ ext. link at one page). My main keyword is for example "herb life". I'm not listing at this keyword. But i'm listing at the other keywords. What should i do? Should i disavow this links?

no, why should you disavow good links? Just the bad ones with DR under 8. :)
If i were you i should wait for impact on your sites, and if they kick your ranks, kick it too. DR in ahrefs sometimes can't calculate domain value good.
Depends on the footprints of the pbn and your anchor text. If all the pbn links have the same ip then its best you disavow them cuz google is waiting to penalize you. And also if you had used your main keywords as the anchor text even in that case its best to remove cuz you gotta be saving those money keyword anchor texts for your powerful pbns. Hope it helps :)
OP, there is a risk to either action you decide. Remove them and you may lose juice (especially if you were wrong about them being "shit" PBNs). Leave them and maybe a few algo shifts later Google slaps these PBNs. SEO is a dangerous game by nature. Whatever you do, make sure you do it for a REASON and have numbers/logic not emotions to back up your decisions.
