- Entered the temple with a prayer of quite supplication upon his breath. With a determined stride he walked into the class room. Though he was not qualified to give the full lesson and history of his peoples beliefs. He was faithful and possessed a love for the telling of his peoples stories.
- "To begin to understand our beliefs we must first make it clear what Tocathianism is. What it means to us and we to it, once we've done that the rest of these lessons will be much easier to understand."
- As he spoke he'd turn back and pick up some chalk, the first thing on the board he wrote down was a simple straight line. He'd point at it.
- "This is how the gods of Valmasia would have you believe the world works. A simple line of continuality, start at the beginning, do this, and at the end you will be rewarded."
- Once he'd spoken he shook his head, giving a small chuckle at the notion.
- "Of course this is false, foolish really. A lie told by the betrayer, like all his lies, to lull his people into obeying him as slaves."
- He'd take his hand and wipe the chalk away, this time drawing a circle.
- "This is life, it is a endless cycle. We see it every day, every night, every season."
- As he spoke on the right side of the circle, he would draw another circle with squiggly lines coming out of it. On the left a circle with smaller crater-like circles on the endside. On the side with the sun he drew a white wolf half-encircling it. The side with the moon, a balck wolf half-encircling it.
- "Every day, we see the Sun chase the moon, every year we feel the bite of winter and the sting of summer. This happens because of the wolves."
- As he spoke he'd point to the white wolf by the sun. Writing the name ASENA beside it clearly.
- "Here we have Asena, great wolf of Summer, bringer of renewal and life. It is there efforts which aid the brining of one out of winter. New creation."
- As he spoke he'd then point at the black wolf near the moon. Drawing the word Saekanis next to it.
- "Here we have Saekanis, wolf of witner, bringer of death and destruction."
- He'd then take a breath, looking at Keira before he continued. This time drawing two smaller circles inside the main circle. One was thin and had the head of a serpent upon it, the smaller one had several things that looked like continents upon it. He then drew another serpent this one covered in feathers one each side of the planet. Pointing to the feathered serpents he'd continue. Writing QUEZLCOATL beside it.
- "This is Queztlcoatl, it is he that helps keep the cycle going. For his great wings give wind that helps to turn the moon and sun."
- His next thing was to point at the sun, and draw a face within. Broad cheeked and stony eyes. Beside it he wrote the word HUIZILIPOCHLI.
- "Here we have the mighty Huizilipochli god of the sun and war. It is his efforts that keep the night at bay and the sun shining. For he ever chases Belial attempting to slay it for the good of all."
- As he spoke he shifted and drew a hideous face within the circle representing the moon. Writing the words BELIAL beside it.
- "Here is chaos, Belial, origin of misfortune and great enemy to all resides. Though it is weak and forever running from Huizilipochli least the great god cast his atl into the beasts within and slay them."
- He'd then point to the serpent circling around the planet. Beside it he wrote in large script the word JORMUNGANDER.
- "This is Jormungander, just as the celestial work to keep the cycle going. So to does it, for it is the cycle of rejuvenation of the dead. You see, the great serpent is eating its own tail for it would outgrow creation if it did not. Just as it east the excess of itself, so to do the excess memories andthoughts of mortals go to be cleaned upon death."
- With the celestial out of the way, he created two whales at each side of Jormangander. Writing the names YAMA and INKI beside each.
- "Here we have the bitter twins, Yama and Inki. Inki is prayed to for his efforts at shaping the world, for without him the work could not have been done. Yama on the other hand betrayed his brother and was lazy. However, Yama created the Siren and worked to keep peace between the gods of sea and land."
- With a deep breath he'd draw a line through Inki.
- "However, their jealousy and hatred led to the brothers qualirng this is how Inki was slain. In punishment for slaying his own kin, Yama was shackled to aiding Jormangander. For it is Yama who attacked heavy stones to the whicked who need the most cleansing. Causing them to sink deepest within Jormangander's bowels."
- As he went he'd look at Keira, seeing if they where understanding. With another deep breath he then drew beside the Sun an volcano erupting and beside the moon the eye of a cat. He'd write beside the eye the name IXHEL and beside the Vulcano xiuhtecuhtli.
- "Here we have Ixhel, who hunts the cursed creatures that escape from Belial eternally, always vigilent during the dark night. It also cured the Nagual of their curse of undeath, placed upon us by the betrayer."
- He'd then point at XIUHTCUHTLI.
- "Here we have Xiuhtcuhtli, great god of fire. He aids Huitzlipocthli in keeping the sun bright, but moresoe he hunts down what escapes the moon during the day, in places where Huitzlipochtli's brilliance would scour all life."
- He'd then on each side of the cycle, the moon and sun. Would draw two winged humans, one with black wings, the other white. Pointing to the blacked winged one near the moon he would start.
- "Here we have the betrayer he would cursed the world with poison and worships the chaos of Belial. He is bound for now but his servants poison the world."
- Next he pointed to the white figure by the sun,
- "Sacheal, the great guardian of Gehenna who came to us during the divine wars. The only angel to show care for the peoples of Gehenna."
- Once done he'd look at Keira.
- "The spirits of the land are corrupted with a starving sickness by the betrayer, when starve to much they go mad and attack the living. Creating wraiths, who can be helped but there are few true cures to their ailments."
- He'd take a breath and end his lesson.
- "All of these acts require the giving of blood, the lifeforce, of mortals back to the gods and goddesses, For without devotion and sacrifice they would not have the strength to keep the cycle turning.
