  17. [12:41] After they made it out of the mines and into town, she would take a breather once more. She didn't know that mining could be such hard work, but now she knows at least.

  31. With that he get down to business. " I like to know if I can recruit two or three of your non-magi as apart of my camera crew. I like to build up a big impact upon the lands. And would like to have some people from achyon to assist me on my guest to bring the greatest news to the lands."

  54. Why would Burly think that it's necessary to ask Commander about recruiting non-magi around here? While such a thought passes over his head, he briefly turns his gaze towards the assistant.

  56. A brief nod of acknowledgement is given to Mizuki, and soon his sights turn to Burly.

  58. "It's not necessary to ask me."

  60. "The people of the Empire are free - and they're free to decide who they work for."

  62. "Naturally, the only exception are treacherous activities against the Empire. We're in war times, after all."

  64. No matter how 'free' a nation is, treason is not tolerated by anyone. Then again, why would anyone tolerate it?

  72. "The people will not be fighting against any of your people. The news isn't seeking to bring any shame or bias towards any city. We are truly neutral. Only time we take up to arms is when we are threaten or well when someone like that savage Ki attacks us."

  76. "I am asking your permission because as a man of honesty. I feel it be more better to ask someone of power first before you come just trying to recruit their citizens. Its not only overstepping boundaries but not respecting the feelings of how the people feel as well."

  78. With that he see someone non-magi who would be curious.

  86. [13:05] Mizuki shook her head, and just listened.

  92. It made sense why he would ask, but nonetheless, there were no real objections about it. As long as these Imperial citizens didn't seek to betray them in any manner, whether it's warfare or civic matters, then they could freely work for him.

  100. [13:13] With that the Burly see three men come up and do salute.

  102. Burly would do the same. "Welcome I'm guessing you three came to join."

  104. They would explain to him about his news reporting and the excitement. He saw interest in the non-magi eyes. And with that it was time for the start of a great build up.

  106. They all begin to talk and then he look to Mizuki.

  108. "Ready to head out again?" They were all signing things and talking but he wait for his assistants response first. Leo and Cynth talk to the men and help them understand the work.
