Diferences between こと and の

	こと is used when defining something
	私の夢は歌手になることです My dream is to become a singer
	predefined grammatical patterns where only こと is allowed.

の is used when talking about something related to speaker senses or experiences

	彼に聞くのを忘れた I forgot to ask him
	この窓から庭で子供たちが遊んでいるのが見える From this window, I can see the kids playing in the garden.

	Such as のに and のは
	車はこの村で生活するのにどうしても必要なのだ。 No matter what, to live in this town, is necessary a car.
