  6. 20 leg air situps (straight)
  7. 15 (each arm) situps with dumbell
  8. 20 leg raise
  9. 10 dumbell side bend (each side)

  11. rest till 7:00am
  12. Shower, get dressed eat large breakfast.
  13. Walk to school

  15. walk home from school
  16. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
  17. 20 dumbells (each arm)

  19. Before bed
