6. What were they like at school? Did they enjoy it? Did they finish? What level of higher education did they reach? What subjects did they enjoy? Which did they hate?
Anything tech wise he did really well in, and sitting still and reading was a bit difficult for him. But he had a teacher that said he could walk around if he was quiet and carried a book to read. And he did really well in her class that year. He was really smart, and managed to graduate just under the top ten percent of the class, and had a scholarship to a good school with an really good engineering program. It depends on the AU/setting I use but he either went five years and got his Master's and BS at the same time, or he's working on his Master's. He was recruited in college, got a scholarship through the Army, and went into SpecOps/Officer training when he graduated college.
I also headcanon he minored in theater/drama in college, and had a great time. Learned how to act, and everything else about it. Plus it was great for his social life.

7. Did they have lots of friends as a child? Did they keep any of their childhood friends into adulthood?
Jake knows a LOT OF PEOPLE, but he's very choosy about who he keeps close. He's kept up a bit with kids he knew, but between college and the military, lost track of a bunch. Cougar's one of his close friends.

8. Did they have pets as a child? Do they have pets as an adult? Do they like animals?
He loves dogs. LOVES THEM. Had a goldie when he was growing up and wants one now. In Eudio he has a HERD of doges: a wolf sable Pomeranian he rescued, a Malamute puppy he got Sansa for Christmas she named Lady, a Shiba Inu he just got her in April to help cheer her up from losing her brothers in game, and Sansa brought an Eevee named Jonquil to the herd. He's also been adopted by a talky fluffy calico named Cookie. She rules the house. But he only likes dogs. Sure Jake.

10. Do they like children? Do children like them? Do they have or want any children? What would they be like as a parent? Or as a godparent/babysitter/ect?.
He *adores* his niece. And wants kids. He's great with them, can get on their level, plus he's super protective. But in one AU, he decides with his lady that they would much rather raise dogs and spoil their nieces and nephews by being the cool aunt & uncle because they do a *lot* of travel and they're going legit so there's still a risk of people coming after them because of their past.
